We are very happy with the service we received, and highly recommend this company. We needed our AC fixed, as the breaker was burned out. Today's appointment went very smoothly. Our repairman Art came over at 9am and fixed the problem within an hour. Was totally professional and courteous. Wonderful service! Thank you!

Supreme Air’s consistent five-star recommendations are well-founded and amply demonstrated when you wake up in a cold house with a non-functioning furnace. An urgent call to Stephanie resulted in a 9am response by Alan who, quickly resolving my bad thermostat theory in the thermostat’s favor, cleaned the dust-obscured flame detector to restore our heat. Stephanie scheduled the personable and highly capable Darrece to thoroughly clean and vacuum the entire heating and air delivery system while providing us a remedial course in air system operation and care. Supreme Air’s service and operational excellence provided us a safer and more reliable heating system, while noticeably increased air flow enhances both our comfort and energy efficiency. We also learned the lesson of not letting post-remodel benign neglect and minor heating system issues turn into major problems - and that participating in Supreme Air’s preventive maintenance program is a no-brainer.

We have three Fujitsu HVAC systems that needed inspection and cleaning. Eddie came out on-time and was very professional. Stephanie in the office was also very helpful - following up with us. Great service overall!

I work for a property management company and they own a bunch of property around Los Gatos, CA. Stephanie from Supreme Air has always been super helpful and on top of everything. We just had a service call for 3 units in Los Gatos. Dorian showed up sharp at 9:30 AM and took care of all units. Always had a good experience with Supreme Air. Will continue using them in the future.

Supreme Air Systems installed my HVAC system in 2013 and they have performed the annual maintenance every year since. Whenever I have had a HVAC problem, Supreme Air has responded promptly to get my system functioning again. Their technicians are always prompt, courteous and informative. The last two years Darrece was the technician and he did an outstanding job.

We had a dryer vent line that was blocked and part of it broke when we tried to clear it. All this right before a new washer and dryer was due for delivery. Called Supreme Air and they adjusted their schedule to help. No appointment in advance; they were just there when we needed them. Stephanie in the office and Dorian in the field. Excellent across the board. All is well now. Thank you Dorian, thank you Stephanie. Thank you Supreme Air!

He tuned up our Air Conditioning system and cleaned our Dryer Vent.
He had a problem with his brush getting caught in the dryer vent.

He had to go up on our roof to clear the blockage.

He did that and completed his inspection and left with us being very satisfied with his service

From booking the appointment to Darrece's excellent service the experience with Supreme Air couldn't have been better. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Darrece was friendly, efficient and did a great job explaining what he was doing. Will definitely continue to use Supreme Air and would highly recommend them.

My system had not been serviced for at least 3 years. Supreme Air Systems did a great job of explaining to me the system and of cleaning it. They communicated through the whole process and helped me understand by even showing me the before and after pictures. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Supreme Air Systems to get my A/C and heat pump repaired. The technician came in and analyzed the heat pump, and found the coolant is all gone. Since we needed the insurance company to approve the fix, we've set up another repair schedule in the other day. On the day of the repair, the technician found the leak, replaced the part, recharged the freon. Yet while we're testing the a/c, the transformer unexpectedly broken again since it was very old one. The technician also fixed the transformer in the middle, so we were able to fix the everything in one day and now I can feel arctic cold wind in my home. Two things that I wanted to highlight: 1) Call representative was friendly; it's a rare to see a friendly representative in the a/c service company in the past, so I think it was good thing. I'm surprised that the other reviewer said they had terrible experience, but that was exactly opposite to my experience. 2) Highly skilled a/c (heat pump) repair service that fixed the issue. I would recommend Supreme Air systems to anyone who is looking to fix the broken a/c systems.

We were having intermittent issues with the heating system at our house. Out of a sudden it would just stop working. Supreme Air Systems' technician was not only able to help diagnose what the issue was but also order a new part and replace it within couple of days. The technician was very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

First time using Supreme. Their whole organization was awesome! Arturo came out first to evaluate the issue. Needed a new Relay. Part was ordered and 4 days later Mr. Haji came to install the relay and do maintenance on our system. Fast, professional service. Very happy and highly recommend!

Supreme Air Systems just serviced our heating & cooling systems. The service tech was Dorian. He arrived on time was very professional and courteous. He checked the whole system and explained everything before starting the work. He kept us updated on his progress.

I think we've worked with Supreme Air for 12 or more years, which speaks for itself. The workmanship is consistent and always good. Customer service is top notch. I've been happy enough that I've not done a price comparison with other companies, but their charges seem quite reasonable.

Best service ever! I had several issues after cleaning. Stephen, Kennedy, Chris and others continued to give me options and fabulous service in diagnosis and repairs of aging furnace. Always responsive, on time and communicated all issues clearly and patiently. Thank you!

Updated January 8, 2019: Today Gino came out to perform maintenance on my heater which had been deferred for many years. Just like last time, I received a phone call from Stephanie alerting me that Gino was 30 mins out (this is super helpful, thank you Stephanie!). Gino arrived within the scheduled time slot and got right to work. He was polite, efficient and made recommendations for future maintenance at my request. Supreme has provided exceptional service once again, thank you!

Amazing customer service and communication from Mirian (Dispatch) and Arturo (Technician). Arturo was right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Mirian also worked hard to get me the first available appointment to fix the heater which was appreciated in this cold weather. Overall, great teamwork and an excellent experience! Adrian was wonderful! He cleaned the furnace and all of the vents. He was extremely thorough and courteous. I've used other HVAC companies in the past but no one else has ever done such an exemplary job. I highly recommend Supreme Air Systems!

I've used Supreme Air Systems for years and I've never been disappointed! I had them come out yesterday to service my furnace for winter and they sent out Dareece (sp) and he was so very nice and did a great job inspecting the air ducts, cleaning the furnace and filter. I would recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs! Many Blessings Dareece! 5 stars to you!

Supreme Air Systems was referred to me by a neighbor. My heat was out their maintenance department was very responsive and had a technician out the same day, he was great, tuned up the whole system. Great operation to work with and great results. I highly recommend.

We have used Supreme Air Systems since 2016. They installed our new HVAC system adding air conditioning to a house that previously only had forced air heating as well as a tankless water heater. They did a great job and stand behind their work. I can confirm they will not charge you for work not needed, and all the technicians that have come to our house have been both friendly and professional always explaining the work they are doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
