I own a hair salon in Lake Forest and have been having constant issues with our nest thermostat. With the recent heat wave it has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient if you can imagine a sauna then insert blow dryers. South County Air Conditioning was able to get us in same day between their appts. Zak was very patient and problem solved when our property management company wasn’t responsive. Will definitely be our go to from now on.

Nate and his crew were fantastic. Very reliable, explained our options thoroughly and helped us save money where we could. I will be using South County Air for all our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

Reign was so nice and professional that I was able to remain calm when he told me that my furnace needed to be replaced....photos of my 35 year old furnace's inner parts confirmed the news. His presentation of what I needed was helpful for me to made a decision quickly, and I will have my new heating system installed before the holidays. I'm a satisfied customer!

Beyond grateful for this company. Zack has come to our house twice to fix our ac issues during a heatwave. Talk about a life saver! He was so fast, so efficient, and had our issues fixed in no time. Highly recommend this company and Zack will be sure to fix a problem. 10/10

Nate and his helper were on time for my appointment which is so important. They did an excellent job of servicing my unit and suggested I add another air grille which has helped tremendously. I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest person whose service is great.

Zak was great he figured out what the problem was on the furnace in no time. The seller had just had another company look at it 3 weeks before and didn’t tell the seller it was never properly installed. I will call Zak the next time a client has a problem with the HVAC unit.

I first met Jim when inquiring about updating my heating system and adding air conditioning. First impression: Absolute straight shooter and a solid human. Wanted to be efficient and environmentally minded, and all options were discussed. Zack did an amazing job finding the problem with our air conditioning system. We had another company come out, they told us we had to replace the entire system.Not true, we had a bad circuit breaker. Zack replaced the breaker and we were up and running. I highly recommend South county Air!!

Nate, Zak and the rest of the South County Air team recently helped us with asbestos ducting remediation, new ducting installation and new attic insulation installation. We’d been putting this off for quite some time as it seemed like a huge task, but Nate and his team completed the job effectively and efficiently over three workdays. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We’ve noticed a significant improvement in how the AC performs and how the house regulates the indoor temperature now. It was definitely worth the investment and we are pleased with the workmanship.

I just completed an AC add-on to my heating system that I had been considering postponing for cost reasons, but decided to go ahead after a visit from Nate and Jim. From beginning I felt like they were advising me the same as they would advise their friends and family. They looked at the ducting, calculated air flow, made adjustments, and put together reasoned proposal for the job with clear options and pricing. They worked with me on scheduling and were very efficient once they started. Alex and Ceasar worked hard and were a pleasure to have in the home. Very good experience and I’m ready for summer. Nate was FANTASTIC!! He went above and beyond. I called because I was sure our AC unit needed to be replaced but he explained what we could do to extend our old AC unit’s life by a bit longer if we wanted to hold off on the cost of a replacement for a bit longer. Not often do you see that kind of honesty, and I truly appreciated it. I’d highly recommend South County Air to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC system.

Zak was on time, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fixed up our air conditioner and went above and beyond to replace our air filter and even crawl in the attic to find why a vent was not blowing. Excellent service - highly recommend!

Call South County Air came out the next day. My thermostat was under warranty after many years great company. I’ve used them quite a bit of the past and refer them also and Reign came out. The tech technician was amazing personable took care of business. Great guy do yourself a favor and call South County and ask for Reign.
