Needed to get a complete heater duct replacement. Nate was very knowledgeable in describing what needed to be done. Crew came in 2 days later and completed the job in 4 hours. We’re very happy to have our heating working again. I wished we hadn’t waited so long!

A different company put in the system recently, and he recommended that we get that company to fix it. Reign's visit was free, because he gave us a voucher to redeem! Wise Owl was one of our favorite vendors hands down through the whole multi-year renovation. Much of which was a nightmare. They were clean, kind, knowledgeable, and always followed through. Assuring things were setup perfectly for our new hvac system.

I was so happy with Wise Owl and their heating job. They communicated well, show up when they said they would and up were very clean. I had a difficult heating situation and Nate was creative and figured out how to make it work.

Nate and Zak are super responsive and knowledgeable. Set me up with a new hvac system and did it seamlessly with precision, great pricing, honesty, and actually made the experience enjoyable (which I can’t say about most other construction experiences).

I don’t often write reviews, but I’ve got to give a shout out to Wise Owl Cooling & Heating. Every time I’ve dealt with them, they’ve been so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Nate especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt completely at ease.

He took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly how Nate and the Wise Owl team operate.

From start to finish I had a great experience with Wise Owl from the office staff booking a next day appointment to the friendly technician that came out to diagnose my issue. Turned out it was time to upgrade my old 1970s condenser. Crew had my new AC unit replaced in 1 day just in time for a heat wave. Highly recommend!

We had our AC compressor changed out in September 2024! After a winter of not needing it , it failed to come on this first hot day of May… they sent Zak out to troubleshoot and he took a look at everything and made some balancing adjustments and we are cool and happy !

Love their responsiveness to our call and showing up as fast as they did! Zak took his time to make sure it was right 👍👍

The Wise Owl team was punctual, neat and tidy, professional in every aspect and worked seamlessly to replace my 55 year old furnace with a new, highly efficient unit, in just one day. These guys were the answer to all I hoped for! From Nate in the front office, to Zak (who can fix anything) to the installation crew of Omar, Edgar, and Treven they were really impressive! I couldn't be happier!

I really appreciate their honesty and expertise. Very punctual, helpful and respectful.

Zak was a wonderful technician when he came to our house to install the heating and air system. Not only was he quick and understanding, but he took the time to explain questions and left the house spotless when he completed! Even had his own vacuum!!

The team at Wise Owl Heating and Cooling was outstanding to work with. They provided information quickly, which allowed me to make a decision, as opposed to waiting and having to hunt down another company. The did what they said they would do and were transparent with pricing. Their service was top shelf and work is professional grade. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend Wise Owl to anyone.

Nate and his team were incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable. They gave us multiple options for repair but ultimately we decided to replace the old system we had. The quality of the work is beyond top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re have hvac trouble in OC these guys should be at the top of your list.

Zak was great as always. He’s been working on my home for more than 5 years. It might even be 10 at this point. He always shows up on time and is deeply knowledgeable about all HVAC issues with honest advice and recommendations. Great service and very friendly team with an excellent membership program as well rewarding loyalty.
