Our service person took good care to explain the services available and related costs. He arrived on time and let us know 20 min before he arrived that he was enroute. He worked to protect our walls and furniture before cleaning the carpets. The carpets were cleaned in a very time efficient manner. They seemed quite dry within about 8 hours from when they were cleaned - that's when we first set foot on them. No odor from the cleaning solution lingered and the color of the carpets look bright and clean. It is possible that cleaning solution residue may be present but we cannot feel it there at all - there is NO CRUNCHY CARPET which is a win!!!! We will
absolutely be repeat customers.

I’ve been using Zerorez since 2011. They do a wonderful job they’re always friendly, both in the office and at my home. They call when they’re on the way, they waste no time setting up, spraying the spots, cleaning the carpet, making sure I’m happy, and then they’re gone. I couldn’t ask for better service. Today, Scott was my guy, and he was awesome!

Very professional, very quick and showed up right in the beginning of the four hour window. He also called before coming over which I really appreciated. Very polite and did very good cleaning the carpets. The two stains I had are completely gone. Very grateful!

Zerorez sent two guys. They called first to tell me they were 10 minutes away. They were great. They arrived on time and we're completely professional. V they finished my job quickly and kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely use them again

Josh Price was our Carpet Technician and had excellent customer service skills! He was on time, thorough with explaining the process from start to finish, and overall did a great job on our carpets. Josh was great! He was fast and efficient. I appreciated his attention to detail in the tough stained parts of our carpets. Our carpets were in bad shape and after he was done they looked brand new. This is my 2nd time getting our carpets cleaned with this company and they have not disappointed. Will be calling them again for future cleanings.

George was amazing! He was on time, friendly, and was honest with me about what would work best for our carpet. The service was pretty fast and my carpets look brand new, especially my white area rug! I was about to replace it but he was able to get all the markings out and it literally looks brand new. I asked him about my couch cushion because one of my dogs had an accident on it recently. He said no problem, and took care of the cushion for me as a courtesy. He also helped me treat my sons car seat, which was a last minute request. He seriously went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for the professionalism, timeliness, and wonderful customer service. We will definitely be using only Zerorez from now on!

We tried Zerorez for the first time today at the recommendation of a friend. The appointment scheduling was easy and the representative provided a detailed estimate. I was kept updated ahead of time with information on what to expect and how to prepare. Mason called 15 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. Very professional job including corner protectors, secured the hose up the stairs etc. Mason was fast and efficient and provided all the follow up information. They aren’t the cheapest service but you get what you pay for. Very affordable for a high quality result. We will be using Zerorez annually going forward

I made a last minute (end of day) phone call to schedule an appointment. I had great customer service on the phone. I was able set up an appointment for the next day. I had one room carpet cleaned. It looks brand new. The carpet specialist was very professional and courteous. I will recommend and use them again.

Our technician Brian did a great job. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We are very happy with our results. This is our second time using NoRez. We highly recommend them. The office staff is also very nice and helpful too.

They actually were about 2 hours ahead but that was even better for us. They did a fantastic job for a carpet that had never been cleaned in 15 years! Our 2 area rugs were 20 years old and they look new! We will definitely be calling them back for upholstery and maybe tile cleaning! Great job!

Josh was great. He came same day after we had a spill and the stain is gone. The entire house looks great.the carpet doesn’t have any rough residue like other companies. I would highly recommend.

I received a quote over the phone, and got the technician scheduled within a few days. The tech actually was able to arrive an hour earlier than expected, which was great for me. The tech was very professional, and took my concerns into account. The carpets and area rugs turned out great (and my carpets are white). I’ve used Zerorez once before at a different place and would definitely recommend them.

Mike and Brian did a great job! They contacted me and came early. They were able to add some of my tile flooring into the service. Everything is so clean, I can feel my stress level disappear! Excellent job. Thank you and I will call again!

Stephanie was extremely patient and helpful even though I’d made a mistake is scheduling the service. She saved the day! Josh, the technician, was friendly and courteous. He called to let me know he was on his way and removed stains out I thought would be there forever. Zerorez did great job!

Everyone I talk to from that company was super nice. They helped me work through some logistical problems. The on-site young man was very courteous, professional and as far as I can tell, did a wonderful job. my carpet looks great right now. I have had problems in the past with other companies having stains reappear. The operator who cleaned my carpet, assured me that he did not think that would be the case. I am very happy with this company
