These guys handled business! They were quick to respond, quick to arrive, and quick to complete the job. This company and Ty the owner bring old school business values back to life. He walked me through the options to replace with traditional and tankless water heater. Shared pros and cons of both without pressure. Ty and team left my house spotless and in perfect working order. Had an emergency water heater went out at the worst time possible and on a holiday! No one would come out which I understand, But the water heater guyz came out right away and saved the day!!! I couldn’t thank them enough truly saved the day and possible damage to house!! I even tried to tip them for coming on a holiday but the owner Tyrell who is a really nice caring man refused. I managed to slip it in his work bag 😉. Thanks water guyz! Would never go anywhere else this is the only person you need to call.

Ty came same day and put in a new hot water heater in 2 hours. He cuts no corners and makes sure the customer is taken care of. I would recommend Ty and the hot water heater guyz to anyone I know. Thank you so much for taking care of our problem and for less than other companies were quoting us.

Ty was direct and to the point which is greatly appreciated. Price was fair and he was able to come out within 24 hours. Install for the water heater took 1-hour, and was clean. All is working well and I would recommend him to others.

When my water heater went out, Ty came right over and worked well after business hours to get it replaced so my family didn't have to go without hot water. Then, about 1.5 years later in a new home, the water pressure was awful!! Ty came right over and made some adjustments and got it fixed! Absolutely excellent service, reasonable pricing and super friendly!!! I highly recommend him!!!

When you need quick service (my water heater died) these guys are who you should call. Within 4 hours of my call, I had a new water heater, and the old one hauled away. It was kind of expensive, but I didn't have to worry about not having hot water.

Very responsive and professional. Ty first gave me a few options on water heaters and some recommendations. After I decided on which one I wanted, he, along with another nice gentleman, was able to install it the same day in about an hour. He even texted a couple of hours later to make sure everything was working. Glad I went with him.

My hot water heater gave out on a Saturday around noon. I called The Water Heater Guyz, Ty answered the phone and said he could replace the tank ASAP. A couple hours later I have a new hot water heater installed and working. Nice guy, Great service, Recommended!
