He came in and he checked the dryer and he was able to find the problem really fast. It was the problem was that my fan was full of lint so he showed my husband how to do it. So we're fine now. Thank you very much

My dryer can go another 10 years. Technician knows what he's doing! not the same feeling for the customer service who still have an old phone they can change. Sears warranty customer service needs better training!!!

Martin call me several times instead of just canceling. It was a very busy day, so I appreciate that since I did not wanted to cancel. In the call I ask him call me when he was done, since I was running errands and so he did but missed his call again. I call him and answered and inform that everything went well. My service technician was very professional, courteous and knew all the answers repair was done in a very good short time and he was very clean.

The service gentleman Maston was excellent! First he had my part in his truck! Second, he worked so neatly covering my floor and patiently allowing me time to sweep behind the fridge. I walked away and the next thing I knew he was packing his bag and cleaning the area finished so quickly!!
