0 customers service, I asked for a part the guy was talking to me like I am bothering him then told me he will check and call back with out taking my number and hung up the phone.

I called this company and ask them if they have 2 15/20 tandem breakers. They told me that they did have them and I drove all the way down there to pick him up, only for the guy to tell me that they didn’t have them. He said the other guy that worked there gave me the wrong information. It looks like a junkyard in there and the parts he was trying to give me a look used.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I paid for a breaker in advance because it was not an “off the shelf” breaker. First time it came it was a 3 pile instead of single pole. Then it was the wrong amperage. When it finally did arrive George not his helper could find it in his disaster of a “shop”. Literally his work space looks like all the Transformers both Autobots and Decepticons, were all murdered there and left for scrap. George never reimbursed my money for the breaker and has been unavailable for months. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This company is very irresponsible. Their trucks and shipping containers constantly congest 240th St. And Frampton Ave. The street parked trucks and containers dangerously block the view of a curving street. If they want to grow their business they should look into more appropriate business parks that can handle the amount of trucks that come in and out of their loading dock.
