When the unfortunate happens, it’s nice to know there are people you can trust, so I wanted to share our recommendation for Heating and Air: Alfredo Delgadillo was AWESOME! Our AC went out, and they helped make a crappy situation less painful. They were professional, trustworthy, precise, and clean! We needed a new compressor and we assumed furnace and ducting, but Alfredo was honest and told us we didn’t need those things—he said with the age, we probably had a few years left with our furnace, but we decided to go ahead and replace it now so we didn’t have to deal with it down the line. They did notice our ducting was awkwardly placed, and they fixed a few things to help with efficiency. We also added a heavy duty filter (he did not try to upsell us on this, we inquired) since we have to deal with the Landfill (and all of its unknowns), and we are excited to see how this improves our allergies. The whole unit is quieter, and works WAY better than what we had before!

Worked with this service through Alison White Homes and was led to believe his work was completed so we paid him. However after moving in, realized a significant portion wasn't done and reached out and was put off for multiple weeks. Eventually we had to go with another contractor and pay an additional $3300 for work Alfredo was supposed to complete. He has still not responded with a plan, just 10+ messages of excuses that he is too busy for almost 2 months. I don't like posting negative reviews but his service has been so bad and work and communication poor. Alison White Homes also not taking responsibility and unfortunately the contract was with them and not us.
