My in laws (97+ and 100+ years old) experienced the other cold morning a unpleasant experience with their home furnace, (it stopped working). Being under care with family caretakers and home health services it could have been a difficult situation. "THANKS to BA Morrison's" office staff and Roger their field technician this problem was fixed immediately. We appreciate your knowledgeable staff and caring compassion very much. BA Morrison installed the complete new heating system years ago and have always been available in a timely manner for annual service maintenance. Five stars for sure.

I have been so impressed with their customer service. I have a commercial building that the system was leaking. We are doing Qtr. maintenance to keep it going as long as possible. They techs are always helpful and have the experience. I appreciate all you do !

If you are looking for a reliable contractor who will work with you on a project, B. A. Morrison is for you. They put in a new heat pump/AC system with a HEPA filter system for our whole house. They recommended a heat pump over a traditional furnace and AC since we have solar. It saves us money, works great, and during all the wildfires we were able to breathe clean air! They replaced our ducts as well. They cleaned up well afterwards. Not the cheapest contractor, but reliable, trustworthy, and good quality work!

These guys handled my permitting when a different contractor couldn't handle the work.

Came out within a day to replace the capacitor on our AC. Pricing seemed high, however they were professional and got the job done.

Be mindful of their initial estimate being accurate and they do not call last minute charging more.
