    The Chapter by KB Home is a gem in the new construction community of Castro Valley. The community neighbors the public library, just steps to BART, and with easy access to 580. The sales office and associates are outstanding to work with. Make an appointment with Maricela and Kathy for inquiries or schedule a tour!
