Was a pleasure doing business and working with the people at Ric's Kitchen and Bath. Our bathroom turned out great. The one minor problem with a shower head dripping was fixed as soon as I let Ric know. Would defiantly do business with Ric's again. Thanks for the wonderful bathroom

We had a great experience with Rics team doing our full kitchen remodel/ removal of a load bearing wall/and installation of a beam to open up the kitchen to the living room.

    The high points were:
    Frequent communication.
Ric always explained the process of the work.
Adhering to the building code was always at the front of of the design process.
A friendly and courteous onsite staff.
They have most if not all of the materials in storage weeks before using them so the work timeline was realistic.

After our first meeting with Ric and Cindy we didnt bother to shop around - our gut insticinct was right. In addition to that they are Diamond Certified which is a high mark in the bay area.

They finished the job in 30 days and only had to come back to replace a small panel that was the wrong color about a week later. Everyone told me that remodels involve extra money, but this one came in under the original quote because they found materials cheaper.

The work was completed in December 2019. So far we have had 1.5 years of 2 toddlers and quarantine in the house, and the kitchen is doing great. Money well spent! The only downside is that after they finish your kitchen you may not want to move out of your house.

I highly recommend Rics Kitchen and Bath.

We have an in-law unit on our ground floor but the kitchen wasn't done, just plumbed and wired. We hired Ric's and had a fabulous experience. We love our new kitchenette! Ric's kept on schedule & our project was done on time. We are calling on them again to do our kitchen flooring.

Rude. This guy might do great work. I never tried him due to the fact the few times I've gone into the store, he seems inconvenienced and uninterested. I understand/and it is clear he only wants to do big jobs, as with most contractors, clearly can't be bothered. At the same time, I get the feeling if he did a job for me and there were issues, he would not be accountable. Take it with a grain of salt, I've never used his services.

Some hits, some miss on our kitchen remodel experience with Rick’s. The initial tear-out of the old kitchen was lightning fast. The cabinet installers and finish carpenters were very good. The tile person was EXCELLENT, perhaps the best of the bunch. But my head-scratcher, now that the project is all buttoned up, is why no one thought to suggest to upgrade from existing 60 year old galvanized pipes to copper. I didn’t know better, but I think if, at the time, they would have pitched it to me I would have said “Sure! What’s a little extra money now?” So now, of course, there is a leak behind my beautiful kitchen Sheetrock walls, which will have to be torn up to do repairs. In retrospect, I suggest Rick’s for the construction and design, an electrician for electrical, and a plumber for plumbing. Just because they claim they can do it all doesn’t mean that they excel at doing it all.

We hate our 28k bathroom. He used the cheapest materials and it was not a pleasant experience. He also used inexperienced people to do the work. He claims his people have been with him for 20years but the workmen he sent to my house certainly had not been working for him that long. A lot of the work the inexperienced men did had to be redone by one of his regulars and they were angry having to do it. The rudest people I have ever dealt with. I urge anyone looking to get a kitchen or bath remodel to get someone else to do the job. I regret ever having him involved with my house.

Beware, there is no Contractor's license listed in this name.

Check out this company's track record with the Contractor's State Labor Board - numerous citations for unlawful business practices and poor workmanship. Personal experience was the worst.

after changing our appointment for 3 times and asking for $100 to come to our house to take kitchen measurements, they called a few hours before and cancelled our appointment and this time they said we live too far from them.
very unprofessional and unethical people! they deserve no star at all!

We had a consultation in late 2019 and asked them to make a few changes to the design. Then C19 shut everything, so it was put on hold. We called in late 2020 and were told that when things reopened, they would call us to come in and see the new design. We are still waiting for that call.
