I'm the owner of cleanhonestrestoraition we did a sewage clean up job from a broken pipe in the crawlspace of a home recently and we were very impressed to find they had already fixed the pipe . most of the time the plumber will not do the repair until the area has been cleaned by a restoration company like ours great work !

Great service and communication. I’ve used them a few times with good results. The technician Freddy came and checked out a plumbing issue and did some testing and research. After checking it out we decided it’s something we can monitor and I appreciated the honest help and time he took to explain.

Mike came to my rental to diagnose a water leak issue. Although the cause was not identified, Mike assured me he would be available anytime to continue the investigation. Great folks to work with.

The alligator plumbers will meet and exceed any expectations that you have. Their work sets the example that all plumbers should follow. They’re prompt, clean, tidy, friendly, polite, and professional. There is no job I wouldn’t trust them with. I would recommend alligator plumbing without hesitation to work on my family’s or a friend’s house.

My landlord let me remodel the hall bath shower. Thought I’d be able to switch out the plumbing, but once I had the wall opened, there was no way. Got a few prices that were crazy and emailed Jason and sent him some pics with measurements which told him everything. He recommended a different faucet set than I wanted and figured he knows his stuff and went with what he recommended. Their price was lower than the others. Set up a day and time for the tech to come out and he roughed in all the plumbing. Then I did all my magic and then set up a day and time for the tech to return and finish off the job. All this was thru emails, which can be a pain. Everything went better than I thought it would. Techs were great, called first to say they were in route, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. If I remodel my shower, in the other bathroom, I’m calling Alligator Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to everyone !!!

We had Fredi come out to fix our shower faucet, he was punctual, professional, and very hard-working. He took his time to explain to us exactly what he was going to do and took his time to do the job thoroughly. I highly highly recommend Fredi and Alligator Plumbing .👍👍👍👍

I've used Alligator Plumbing 4 times now and every time they've done a great job. The price they quote is the price you pay. They don't give you a 4 hour window, they say we'll be there at 9 and then call when they're on their way. One time they were going to be early and called to be sure it was ok to start a bit earlier. Highly recommend.

This is the best plumbing company with the best plumbers in the Bay Area. I have had Alligator plumbing out twice. The first time, FOUR plumbers "tried" to unclog our shower (basically they did nothing and could not do it). Finally Alligator plumbing came out and was able to fix the clog, no problem! I had them come out for another clog and water pressure issue and it was solved professionally and quickly. Their plumbers are so nice, respectful, and really want to help the customer. Really, look no further and use them. You won't be disappointed.
