There on time and very efficient

Our plumbing issue, a cartridge replacement in the shower, was diagnosed and fixed promptly and efficiently. Victor was very friendly. No complaints at all.

I was nervous because all the bad reviews. But I ended up having a good experience..
I was satisfied with the service. Isaac showed up on time and went straight to work. Fixed both issues and left it clean. Thank you.

Our service person Gil, arrived early, discovered the problem with our hot water heater and had it fixed within 2 hours. He was very informative and courteous. Would reccomend this company highly.

Vicente the dispatcher was very knowledgeable and had patience. He stayed over hes scheduled time to figure out what was wrong. Receptionist is very sweet and helpful.

We had a huge plumbing issue, no use of water, no drainage, back-up, etc. Went through our warranty co. and they sent this company. After seeing the reviews, we were hesitant and actually tried to have a different company sent out. No one else was available though, and we were more than pleased with Ability Access Plumbing. Our time frame was between 4pm and 6pm, and he showed up at 4:15, got right to the problem, fixed it and was gone within 45 minutes! NO COMPLAINTS here!

This company was really respectful and did the job right. They got on it really quick and found the problem quickly and fixed it right away. I did have a shower leak that the warranty didn’t cover so I asked them a price and it was a cheap price compared to other companies and fixed it right away. The only reason these people are complaining is because of what the home warranty didn’t cover. So it is there home warranty fault and not this company fault. Don’t believe in all the reviews.

I needed a quick same-day plumbing fix in my bathroom. Gill arrived within three hours of my call. He figured out what was wrong, had the supplies in his truck, and completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

They took forever to come out. Then they charged me even though they fixed nothing.

Day 7 of no hot water waiting on a part to come. They finally come to install it and its not the right part.. Just left doesn't care that Im without. Guess Im not hispanic no need to talk to me...

Scammers, no not let them work for you. They only make money off of modifications. Won't answer me back. Will not give an itemized receipt. Blocked my phone number. Apparently installing new water line and gas line is a modification.

They were on time. Here is the thing, they only want to make money, the home warranty holds them back from doing that, my guys to me they were lazy and didnt want to do there job! So guess what they lost money with me. If you want somthing done right you have to do it your self. Thats what i was told by an old timer back in my youth and he was right. So access plumbing toma!!!!!

Worse company ever they send out a couple of guys that in questioning even the fact that this people are certified plumbers, They came in and check my shower old republic home insurance send them out. Oh what a surprise they said they denied my claim and i will have to pay them to fix the leak..? What im confused old republic said they will cover leaks. There answer was yea no not when something is not properly installed..? okay how do i know this is even true now my problem is they are refusing to even come out and putting everything back together the way it was at the beginning. Long story but please don't let them touch anything they do not know what there doing and this people are no professional. I will be taking them and old republic in to small claims court, They messed with the wrong person!

The came out to the house and three days later I get a call I need to pay 743 to bring the replacement water heater up to code. Not only was it a scam, but then their dispatch says she doesn't know why I have to pay 743 in addition to American Home Shield paying. Aside from American Home Shield being a horrible homeowners insurance regarding processing time and response time, These guys who are also known as HIGHWAY Plumbing is HIGHWAY thiefs. The Water Heater is less than 12 years old and there is no corresion and the lines are all up to code; BUT THEY HAVE TO CHANGE EVERYTHING TO MAKE UP TO CODE.

Had another company come in and NOTHING needed to be 'UPGRADED"!

I hate when small businesses try to scam. that is just stupid

very unprofessional. They lack the customer service. A guy showed up in my house with his teenage son. he is teaching his son the trade on the job. They don't know how to handle things. They are black and white and can't use common sense to fix issues. They would lie and tell you whatever so they can leave. Once they leave they submit different report to the warranty company and that's how they get their money and move on.

Terrible company. Very unprofessional husband and wife team that do half *ss work or don't complete the job. They left my trash bin filled with concrete on my front lawn, left a huge hole in my living room exposing pipe & sewer water. Oh & left me & my family without the use of water. This is the absolute worst company & even worse human beings. I don't understand how they can leave a family in these conditions. They lied to my face! I was told another contractor with better equipment would be out to finish the job. They actually decided the job was too hard & wanted more money. They left my home a hazard & ruined my front lawn. Please avoid this company like the plague.

They lie on the reports yes my fault by losing the water knob and I get it but one think I won't tolerate is lies in life and this guys lie he said I disassembled the whole water plumbing if I did why would called the insurance it makes no sense but anyways in the future any plumbing issue I get I won't be letting take over my claim .
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE LIKE I DID YOU WOULD END UP LOSING THE DEDUCTIBLE MONEY . JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS.
