We are beyond happy with Thomas pools. There guidance and expertise helped us make our back yard our sanctuary. Our pool is beautiful and the craftsmanship is the best.

Ron was absolutely amazing at helping us get through our Pool building experience. He was so patient with all of my questions and really cared about making sure we were comfortable. I definitely recommend!

Thomas Pools has excellent customer service and provided solid solutions throughout the process. They were more affordable than any other quote we received and the owner was personally on-site the majority of days assisting with the work and ensuring everything was done properly. Highly Recommended.

Just wanted to say how wonderful it was working with Thomas pool and spa. Greg was amazing. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable, honest and very punctual. He made everything run so smooth and when making a big decision like this, that goes a long way. If you are looking to get a pool built i highly recommended them.

Thomas Pool &spa. They are awesome ,,gave us the most beautiful pool to build around. They were on schedule as much as possible with all of the supply shortages. Also answered questions and gave us first design spot on

We had our 20k gallon pool and spa built about 5 years ago, and it’s been an amazing part of our lives. The price was good and so was the process. Todd the owner was there every step of the way. What really sets this company apart is that over the past 5 years we have been enjoying this pool I have texted Todd anytime I had a question or any issue. Every time he responded with I’ll take care of it. I can’t begin to say how great full I am that he cares about his customers even after he’s been paid and done. The piece of mind that gives is incredible and impossible to put a price tag on! I highly recommend this company!

Want to thank the Thomas family for the great design and build of our pool!! We went with Thomas pool as they built a friends pool and recommended them. The price wasn't the cheapest but there family owned and great to work with. Please note they may not respond right away as other reviews mentioned but don't worry there not leaving you hanging and will contact you. Probably just busy with designing another great pool for someone!

They never get back to you. Ive sent like 3 online forms and no phone call. Gave message to someone and they said manager would get back to me and nothing!

Thomas pools. Has very poor communication. Still waiting for electrical hook up for pool cover. Deck jets installed but do not work. Seems like management does not care. Would never recommend this company. !!

My husband and I had an appointment today at 4pm for someone to come out and look at our backyard....measure, design, financing, etc. Well it's now 5pm and no one showed up or even bothered to call us. Definitely NOT doing business with them!

They took my payment including my late fees, promised to service my pool the next day and un until today they have not answered my calls-its been a week now. I Stopped by their office and it's closed. My pool is green now and will have to pay someone else to get it back to normal. So definitely not happy

We were excited to work with Thomas Pools as everything seemed promising, I had read the reviews of lack of communication but still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I did deal with lack of communication until it came to funds been released -- usually the only time they were very responsive. After the last phase they never came back to give us '"pool school" as promised. They also left a mess of concrete and boulders claiming they were told "we wanted to keep it." It's been 2 months and still reach out but they do not return my call or text. Very disappointed with the end service and communication.

I've had my home for over 10 years, I have never had a worse experience with a pool company like I did with Thomas pool and Spas.

I payed 160 dollars a month for full service on my pool. The condition of the pool is unacceptable, let alone our fountains which were not cleaned or serviced.

Then after asking Thomas Pools and spas about the service. I was blamed by Heidi Thomas....told I needed to clean the pool better in-between services.. excuses like.... my pool cleaner was not working, and I needed to buy a new pool vacuum for 800 dollars, also that I needed to cut my trees..so I had the trees cut back. Still poor service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Argumentative unable to resolve issues, not recommended.
Please don’t get yourself in trouble! Very bad service! Unable to keep your pool clean. Like is supposed too, they just want your money nothing else.
