Lauraine was genuinely kind in her approach when she provided a follow up call and she very accommodating to newbies like myself. As an example, when I was not aware of timelines associated with new estimates, she was kind enough to trust my word and granted mea more flexible timeline ! Her business approach and understanding to the unique needs of her customers is very appreciated .

So far, Jesse at Affordable Air, has been very nice with giving information. I have not done business with them, but i feel that they might do a good job if I hire them.
