My downstairs ac went out over the weekend and I called today to get a quote and the rep was very transparent saying they would charge more for weekend service, but I got scheduled for Monday. Will update after the service

Don't wait til it gets hot to address your AC, I found out that the hard way. But the people at the ATC were amazing. Professional and fast and very reasonable in price and now my office is beautifully maintained at a constant 72F

Nick Mego, owner of All Temps has been fantastic to work with. He stepped in and immediately addressed ALL of my concerns, one by one until my satisfaction was fully achieved. While I would have liked it to be done right the first time, people are people and we all make mistakes-- its how you rectify it that matters. These guys were able to get a tech out to my house in no time at all! The service department was increasingly friendly and the tech super knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem right off the bat. Would highly recommend these guys!

Paul from All Temperatures Controlled came out to my house and solved my problem! He took the time to find a solution (this was the third company I called)! The first two technicians told me they didn’t have the time to stay and take care it. ATC was very professional and really seemed to care. I will only be calling them for help in the future.

AC unit maintenance today. Max C. was beyond helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Max also showed me my unit pictures, it’s in the roof, and explained the work and how to continue monitoring. He also did a step by step of features on my thermostat I wasn’t aware how to even monitor. Overall, his service was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Paul & his associate did the installation of a new Carrier heating unit a month ago and everything went very well until there was a glitch and then Bruno the technician came out to repair.
He is a AAA+ technician, meaning he goes above and beyond to do whatever is necessary to fix things. He is so patient and such a professional.
This company was recommended by Home Depot so we were very satisfied with them. They are very responsive and reply quickly to any concerns.

We had ATC take a look at our HVAC system that was not running well. Another company came out and told us the entire installation was wrong and everything had to be replaced, including all ducting. The price was astronomical. They also said that some structural work needed to be done, such as cutting through drywall and the house, which was not included. When Kevin from ATC came out to look, he said the ducting and the heater were just fine. The condenser and coil were old and probably should be replaced but it wasn’t an emergency. He suggested installing a dual controller and an additional return to improve the airflow issue we were having. He also gave us a quote for three options of new condenser/coils, along with financing options. The price was a fraction of the other company and the financing allowed us to do everything now rather than later. John and Kevin came out to do the installation. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL! They arrived on time, were so pleasant to speak with, were exceptionally patient with all our questions, were extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and split systems, were neat and clean, and did an extremely professional job of installation. That included all the drywall work that was necessary! And the improvement we received was unbelievable! Every room in the house was immediately receiving excellent airflow! We really thought we were in trouble, but these guys made sure we got all the cooling/heating we needed throughout the house with as little cost to us as possible. I would highly recommend the company and would especially recommend John and Kevin. They also fixed a split unit that wasn’t working. They can do it all!! Love these guys!

If you are considering upgrading your hvac system or need anything relating to your homes heating and air conditioning system ATC is the best company to call. They have been in the business since 1978 and are experienced in both residential and industrial installations and service. Most importantly with so many years behind them they understand the needs of the customer. We had our furnace and condenser replaced by ATC and all went well. They were professional, punctual, very experienced, and very responsive to our needs. They even brought over 2 room heaters while our furnace was being replaced.

All of their staff are very good people and listen to the customer. From John whose responsibility was to do the demo, to Jesse who came out after the installation to tweak the system, to Denise who set up all the administrative details, and everyone else who worked on the job: Bruno, Harley, Omar, Brandon; and Neil, the man who made it all happen, they treated me like family.

I did my homework before choosing ATC and they came through for me. So after doing your homework give ATC a call and I think you'll be pleased that you did.

Kudos to Bruno, Omar, Kevin and their team. Job was handled expertly and professionally. They were efficient, clean, and cheerful. Office staff led by Denise couldn't have been more helpful. We have been using All Temps for more than 30 years. And they never disappoint.
