Just wow! Best plumber and plumbing experience I've had in 15 years. I don't want or need to try anyone else or another company after this. Brandon was incredibly helpful on the phone and more so in person. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, efficient, reasonable and personable. No only do I have a clear drain, I have peace of mind for the future.

We had Burpee's Plumbing come out and replace a vanity sink in our restroom. It was a model from decades ago, they found the exact duplicate of the one we had! Jose was very courteous and knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to us, as we are new homeowners. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Burpees Plumbing!! Thank you thank you so so much. You saved me today!! I received a quote for a broken garbage disposal from another company.. The guy was very nice but Price he quoted me was very high. After the gentleman left, I looked up prices online for garbage disposals and they range from $150-$275…
So, I called Burpees to get a second quote. I was stunned that the other company wanted to charge me 3 times the cost for material and labor.
I spoke to Trayci , who was incredibly helpful and so kind. I asked her if it was ok for me to buy the garbage disposal myself and have their plumber install it.. She said absolutely!
There you have it- an honest and super nice company with integrity and class! I’m so grateful , thank you so so much Burpees Plumbing, Trayci, and to Pedro Morales for coming by today in the rain on such short notice ! You are a class act! I highly recommend this very reputable company to anyone who wants to work with honest and reliable people. Absolutely the best!!

Caleb was very thorough in every aspect of the plumbing repair job. He took care to clean the work area. After the assessment, he provided an explanation of his findings and plumbing repair options. I was curious about the issue, he made time to show me the clogged pipe and other aspects of troubleshooting the underlying problem. Wonderful job!

Needed 3 ball valves replaced on 3 water heaters. Phoned Burpee and friendly Trayce had someone here in under 2 hours. Technician Rey analyzed exactly what was needed & with a fair price set appointment for next a.m. to install the valves. Total job was finished quickly and returned my water heaters to operating perfectly and safely. I plan on installing new water heaters early next year & feel secure having Burpee Plumbing handle that job & if available Rey. An unwanted repair was made a quick, friendly, professional experience by Burpee Plumbing and Rey. Yes, I'm happy.

Update. Helper broke a sprinkler pipe. Not a big deal and they were open about it. Came back out and all fixed. $#!+ happens and they were great about taking care of it quickly and professionally

Brett, the service tech arrived on time and immediately attempted to unclog the toilet. He determined it was defective and would need to be replaced. I went out and bought a new toilet myself. The next day, Carlos, the other service tech returned and installed the new toilet. He was quick and professional, and did a good job of cleaning up.
Once he had finished, he made the payment process easy.

Very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the quick turnaround. Everything is working perfectly.

I can't say enough about Mike and his amazing team starting with the office and including the field team. Even though I am a bit out of their normal service area, they went out of their way to provide me with exceptional service. I reached out to Mike for a second opinion on a service contract I already had in place from buying my home. They gave me an estimate and tried scaring me into extreme repairs. Mike immediately said we will review all areas and make a plan if needed. Jose was assigned to me for the whole day based on what the other company said was wrong. Jose (even with a long drive) was right on time and very professional. He went over all of the areas I was told were borderline emergencies requiring major repair work. Here I am writing a review and Jose has been gone awhile. Only 1 out of 4 items supposed emergencies was done and that 1 could have been repaired but I opted for replacement which took a bit longer because he went to buy me a new toilet and bring it back. In an economy where some businesses embellish to take advantage, I thought I was doomed based on the other companies assessment. Mike and his team value integrity, honesty and future business relationships. His business is clearly designed to have returning and future clients not a 1 and done mentality. I am so thankful I reached out and got honest answers in a timely manner with great value and exceptional service. Keep up the great work ethics. I wish more businesses had your standards.

I have used Burpee’s Plumbing twice now. The first time when I re-did my kitchen and the second time to replace all my plumbing fixtures underneath my house. They are polite and very professional. They explain everything before they do anything. They give a couple of recommendations and let you decide. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

I had my water heater installed today by Bret and his team at Burpees Plumbing. First of all I'd like to say that this isn't the first time I've used them. I don’t often write reviews but I had to on this matter. Had an overflowing toilet at home before my brunch gathering with friends. Called Burpee’s plumbing as they were the only ones open early on a Sunday. Rey came out and saved the day and my brunch. Fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Smart kid knew what he was doing, and like I said quick. I would definitely recommend Burpee’s to anyone who needs any type of plumbing done. Also can’t really beat the prices.
