Our furnace stopped blowing heat in the middle of the afternoon during one of the coldest days so far this winter. We contacted Chatsworth Plumbing & Heating Inc as they had installed our furnace. A member of the team was dispatched the next morning and fixed the issue.

They came to unclog a pipe in my kitchen. He assessed the situation and discussed my options. He was very clean and professional, was able to unclog the pipe and closed the pipes back to the way that they were. He also made some suggestions and made sure that nothing was leaking before he left.

I've hired JGP Plumbing for large re-pipe jobs, and for small plumbing replacements/ repairs as well. Whatever it is, they always do a great job and most importantly -- the job's always done correctly and professionally. And they don't waste any time when they get started on a project -- they're all business, working on my house like a swarm of bees. In the past, I'd get additional estimates from other plumbing companies for the job, but JGPs prices were always competitive, sometimes even lower than the others, so I don't even bother to get extra bids when I need them now. If the job is easy to fix, they'll let you know and bill you accordingly -- they don't give you the 'ol: it's one price for all, so you have to pay it. And I really appreciate that.
Sometimes there's a bit of a wait if they're busy with jobs, but they always find the time to fit me in, and after decades of dealing with lousy, dishonest plumbers, this company is more than worth the wait.
A terrific family business. Honest and reliable. I can highly recommend.

You will pay through/empty your wallet or checkbook to this company BIG TIME. They are good but please excerize trying to find someone before you hire them that won't force you to have to eat beans the rest of the month. I should have asked the cost first because I never would have conceded to pay the very VERY LARGE amount I was billed to replace a few faucets.
Really, use this company as a last resort and only if you are desperate because they truly (really and truly) ripped us off like you can't believe. Fully and Totally took advantage of us.

During these pandemic times, it is very important to support your local businesses. I attempted to do this yesterday. Received a call back right away. Amazing right? Told me they could come today at 5:30. I left work early to meet the plumber. I even texted back i would be home earlier then the arrangement time as well. Time went by and i understand the part where you get held up at a previous job. That happens all the time. No worries, right? WRONG! At 6:12pm i texted to get reassurance someone was coming. No response for over 30 minutes. He tells me his worker has been detained on another job can they come in the morning. I left work early just to meet with them i surely couldnt do that again!! He tells me he is going to call another worker and to hold on. At 7:09 i ask if he had any luck. At 9:46 he responds to my text message saying no sorry. LOOK AT THAT TIME GAP!!! What kind of business are you running here. Customers should be treated with some sort of respect. Is this an emergency? NO but still i deserved to be treated differently then this.
FUTURE CLIENTS BEWARE of what you are going to get into before selecting this company for anything.
