Rude workers with inconsistent demands

They do not return phone calls, left 5 messages, still no return call. They made an appointment for a job walk and they didn't even show up or call to cancel.

If I could give 0. I requested an estimate for 3 projects I have and need a contractor for. I reached the senior project manager who wouldn’t give me his name or let alone introduce himself at the start of the call. He said my call was “generic” and he was very disrespectful on the call. All because I have trouble explaining myself sometimes and get nervous on calls.

I just wanted an estimate damn haha. It made me feel embarrassed that I had to make a review I haven’t done any of these.

Either way, if you plan to spend a large dollar I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO LOOK AT OTHER COMPANIES! Why spend your money with people who are rude, when there are good people that deserve it!
