I recently had a fantastic experience with Eagle Air for my HVAC needs. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and attentive. They scheduled a technician to come out quickly, and I appreciated the flexibility they offered.

We’ve had Eagle Air out 3 times: once for a quote, once for an install, and now for annual maintenance. They are always professional and polite, they arrive on time, and communicate well.

Brandon was supper helpful, on time and greet with communication. Did our service and was very honest with no upselling or pushing unnecessary repairs.

Eagle Air did an outstanding job repairing my furnace. Had a big name HVAC company diagnose the problem, which they did and the price to replace the blower motor and capacitor was eye popping. Eagle Air did the job timely and $400.00 less in cost. The tech even corrected a wiring issue I was unaware of to ensure the fan would turn independent of heat/air. Highly recommend Eagle Air.

Called Eagle Air last minute since my air conditioner went out on us on a hot day. They came that day and our technician Branden was amazing!! He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it that day. I have used other companies before that tried to cheat us and as an older retired couple, we really appreciated how honest Branden was and how helpful he was during the process. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this company as they are honest, kind, hard working and know what they are doing.

It is nice to have a company that stands behind their work. A new system was installed 7 months ago and the heater stopped working due to an error code. Called in the morning they were willing to come that day. The disconnect was causing the problem so replaced and while here checked the rest of the system. Thanks. Recently, my Lennox AC unit (10 years and 39 days old) malfunctioned. Lennox declined to honor the warranty, which was just outside the coverage period.

I contacted several local AC companies. Eagle Air Co stood out from the start. Mark, the owner, answered my early morning call (around 7:30 AM) and was very transparent about potential costs. He explained that if the issue was a high-end blower motor, the part alone could be quite costly. Other companies I called were less helpful; some wouldn't even work on Lennox units, and others wouldn't provide any cost estimates without charging a service fee. While I understand the service fee, Eagle Air's transparency was refreshing.

Eagle Air Co's service fee was also reasonable. After setting up an appointment, I received a call from them inquiring about my military status (based on my email address). I confirmed that I am a veteran, and they offered a 10% military discount.

The service technician, Branden, arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor. He was able to confirm that the part was available. Eagle Air provided a quote, which, while higher than I hoped, was in line with the estimate Mark had given me upfront.

Eagle Air Co obtained the necessary part and returned a couple of days later. The replacement was done quickly, and my AC is now working perfectly.

I highly recommend Eagle Air Co. Their extremely fair and transparent pricing, prompt service, and professionalism are exceptional. The military discount is a Major plus (pun intended). Eagle Air Co has earned its five-star rating.
