What a day! This is the best service I ever had for so long. The technician Nathan Metz has the best knowledge and experience in town. His personality and spirit of providing the best Service is very awesomeness! He’s the third generation running of Metz company with part of German blood, he takes things so seriously and doing his job so Precisionly in a such professional way! I guess maybe the blood or maybe he learned in a such young age from his family, that just makes him the best of best in this HVAC field! He will get everything estimate and tested out before getting a reasonable price. The price are so compatible on the market for all his customer, he will never over charged for anyone. Also, He will thinks and explains all possible way to fix it before getting the opinion of change a new system!
And don’t forgot to get their membership discount, it will save you 10% overall price and twice a year professional maintenance for a very reasonable price

Nathan and Max were awesome. They provided friendly, professional service. They explained what they were going to inspect as well as what they found. Great to know all of my system are working as they should and can turn on my heating system this season without worry.

Max Hura was scheduled to check our heating, we had a new unit put in last year. Max was on time, putting on booties over his shoes while in the house inspecting. Changed out our air filter, after a through inspection went over in detail his findings. Always happy with Metz Air.

After nearly signing with the first company I dealt with based on a strong believable personality, my wife said let’s sleep on it. The next day I found out I was lied to by one of the better known salesman/liars in the industry, I was ready to go with a second company which was 27 year family owned sounded really great on the phone and was $6000 less than the previous estimate for identical equipment. After reading reviews of the second company regarding failure to respond to Customer complaints with an F rating from the BBB we looked at listed companies highly rated by the BBB. We literally pulled your name out of a hat because my wife liked the name, Metz… Don’t ask me, maybe it rhymes with Best. We were fortunately able to go to their showroom and see four or five units operating side-by-side to help with our decision. We are thoroughly happy with their service and attention to detail and returning the next day as needed with some of their best people to make everything was right. So far it’s one of the best decisions we have made based on the flip of a coin. We paid a little more, but got a lot more in terms of quality, efficiency and longevity.

We had Metz do a complete system replacement with new Trane furnace, AC, duct work, air scrubbers as well a split ductless system for an office. We can’t recommend Metz highly enough. Their attention to detail was simply amazing. This replaced a 17 year old system and the house, which we only bought last year, had that musty “old-house” smell. Not even 24 hours after the new system has been turned on, that musty smell is completely gone. Jacob, Murray and Short Stuff (Anthony) were awesome, their workmanship is highly commendable and they should be proud of the work they do. We simply can’t thank them enough. Not once did they assume they knew what we wanted, they always checked with us to make sure it was right, explaining everything along the way. Very professional and polite. And to top it all off, of all the bids we received (and there were several), Metz was the best! You cannot go wrong with Metz, your experience WILL be the best!

My air condition technician was Cris Dulay and I think he was a considerate of the property considerate of the house considered of the carpet was considered and everything he did. He was a great guy. I really appreciate you guys sending him everything worked out just great.
