We discovered a slab leak yesterday which threw us into complete panic as new homeowners. Paul with Vortex plumbing showed up exactly at 9a and was extremely professional and thorough with his work today, a total pleasure to be around. Our home was also immaculate after he left, he had a positive and upbeat attitude the entire day… super chill guy we loved him. Give him a raise!

We were having a water heater problem and were unsure of just who to call to evaluate the problem. Of course going to the internet we found a plumbing company that was highly rated so contacted them for a technician to respond. Having evaluated the problem, which I really don't think he was doing anything but guessing, he said he could fix the problem for anywhere from $2800.00 to $5000.00 which included costly repiping and structural work to my home. After politely sending this person on his way I called Vortex Plumbing of Chino for help. Their representative responded promptly, quickly evaluated the problem and replaced a part and flushed and checked all connections within an hours time. The cost for everything was very reasonable. I feel very confident that our water heater is once again working correctly. I will definitely tell others that I completely recommend Vortex Plumbing for any and all of their plumbing needs and to ask for Paul.

Eric was helpful in scheduling the work. The service technician (Martin) was knowledgeable of his work. He explained the work in detail. He also made sure the place is clean when finish. I certainly would use them again.

I had an irrigation leak and this company was dispatched by the home warranty company. It ended up not being covered by the warranty but he explained all possibilities and options. We found an easy fix that met our needs. He was friendly, on time, professional, and wore a mask. I would absolutely use this company again.

I saved up a bunch of little jobs until a real emergency/need for a plumber hit and I called Vortex Plumbing. Paul Anderson, a real nice guy and awesome plumber, fixed all my issues. I had a lot done, and I found it fascinating watching him work. He did not mind and even let me know what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Paul Anderson, and as long as he works for Vortex Plumbing I would recommend them too.

I had a kitchen drain stoppage. I had never used Vortex Plumbing before, but a friend said they were great. So I called them and they sent out a tech named Paul Anderson. My first comment to him was, "I'm sure you will need to use a hydro jet to clear the clog. I have had other plumbers come out before to snake the line and they always tell me they have to use the hydro jet to clear the blockage." He said he was pretty good with the snake and thought he could clear it. After about 45 minutes and a lot of skilled work snaking the line, the drain was cleared - no hydro jet needed! This guy was fantastic at his job and very nice and polite as well. Next time I have a stoppage, I will be calling Vortex Plumbing back and asking to have Paul come out to take care of my problem. - Mike Zollinger

Dillion was wonderful. Not only was he knowledgeable he understood the importance of time. He assessed our situation fixed and or repaired what needed to be done. Then he completed it in a reasonable amount of time.

Vortex identified the slab leak and determined a better way to correct the problem without tunneling into the slab. The were quick, courteous, and reasonably priced

Vortex found and fixed a toilet leak that was causing our water bill to skyrocket. Saved more than their fee in the first month!

Vortex fixed our constantly running toilet in 20 minutes flat. Simple repair that's already saving on our water bill!

We've used vortex plumbing twice in the past few years. Just recently, our kitchen sink got clogged and the old plastic pipe burst under the sink, causing a leak in our mobile home. Called them and they came early the next day. Not too expensive. Paul was a cool young guy with long hair, and a very fair and honest person. Took him one hour to snake the line, installed a Y valve so the line can be snaked easier next time, and replaced the pipes. Will use them again if needed. Some other companies will try and rip you off. Highly recommended!

Dillan (sorry if I misspelled your name) and his apprentice (sorry, I missed your name) were both absolutely fantastic, as was the entire Vortex Plumbing staff in getting a service call out. I had my old kitchen faucet replaced as well as a couple angle stops under the sink swapped out. Their plumbers do not work on commission, which is a huge plus. The work done was excellent, professional, and quick. The pricing was very fair. I would absolutely work with them again!

There was sewage back up under my garage that needed fixing the guys from vortex plumbing were fast and efficient .my only complaint is that after they broke up all the concrete in my garage to change a 6 ft long sewage pipe and but the dirt back in there was no one to pour the concrete amd cover it back up .they just fixed it and told me the concrete cover up in my garage was the HOA and my problem If I would have known that there was not a pre-arranged job start to finish completely I would have never have given vortex plumbing access to my garage . I had to take 2 days off of work so they could have Access to my garage As far as plumbing they are good .A complete job start to finish no
