Plummer, Santos is a very friendly and pleasant individual. He is knowledgeable in his line of work and was very informative. If we should have any further plumming issues we would ask for him to service our needs.

I stumbled into the ad for this firm while looking for a plumbing snake online. I was having a severe plumbing issue. I
Decided to fill out their online form (around 11pm). I Was shocked to get an email reply within an hour.
The next morning they called and set up a same day appt. About 3 hours later I received a text reminding me of the appt. and informing me of the name of the plumber (Michael) who will be coming.
They arrived on time, assessed the situation, and gave me a few options.
After trying a couple of them with no result, Michael told me that because of the problem I was having, he felt that it would best if he had another plumber take a look and give their assessment. He also told me that there was no charge for this visit, nor for the second one we were discussing.
A second appt. was scheduled 2 days later. They again arrived on time. They discussed Michaels visit, did a more thorough assessment and what options were available. Once I understood the options, we agreed on a price and set up the appt. for the work. They again arrived on time, prepared to do the job.
They were able to not only solve the problem, and fix all the issues, they explained why it happened, and what would help to keep it from repeating.
I am extremely pleased with the work done, the professional expertise of the plumbers, and their work ethic. They came in on price and on time. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a water leak problem in the house. Called Hedrick & young for service. They responded immediately. Within one hour technician was in my house and fixed the problem. Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend their service! Thanks H & Y!

I found this company back in 2019 with being a first time homeowner, I wasn't sure who to call. First incident occurred in the middle of December 2019 my water heater went out. Brandon and his team helped me get up to date with a tankless water heater and unlimited hot water! Super happy the service that was provided as well as the water heater! Second occasion, occurred in my home with a major pipe bust in my kitchen island. Which left not only ruined my island but the flooring and surrounding base boards.
Recent occasions, I had a minor issue in my garage thinking it was my water heater but in fact it ended up being an electrical issue! Sam was extremely helpful in assisting and Thank you Brandon for squeezing me in at end of day!

Having said all that, this is first and last plumber I'll be reaching out to. They provide me nothing but outstanding service every time. Thanks Team keep up the great work!

Great customer service. Santos was awesome to deal with. Before you call anyone else, give them a call. Santos gave us a detailed breakdown as to what repairs were needed. Straight forward and honest company.

Very professional company! I felt that the plumber was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He fit me in with little notice and also accommodated my renters schedule. The job was completed very quickly and with high quality. Thank you!

These guys responded right away to my water heater situation (was much smaller than inspector and seller said, in attic, hooked up precariously) and got me set up with a new water heater in a better location in my house the very next day. I’m still stunned at how little time it took. They gave me a great deal too - which made me realize how much other companies were trying to overcharge me. The amount they quoted me for was the best by far. Plus they were able to bring the fire sprinkler plumbing in my garage up to code where the previous resident had done some truly horrendous diy work.

Update: Jordan came back to install a regulator that solved my pressure issues. And, although the water heater had a few issues with heating after install, Sam continued to come back at no charge until he got it working correctly. Thank you, guys!

I recently purchased a home and first thing I wanted to do was replace the toilets and replace a leaking washing machine connection. Called these guys up and the plumber showed up promptly. After an hour and a half I had 3 new toilets installed! I had mentioned the washer connection, so he took a look at it and was able to replace it and install my washer within half hour.
Im writing this review because the prices were very affordable, but was most important to me was the prompt arrival and service. Time is everything when life if busy, and luckily I didnt have to spend more than a couple hours for these tasks to be completed. Will definitely recommend and utilize their services if the need arrives.

I called Hedrick & Young Plumbing at 420pm for a semi emergency fix. They had someone at my house in 30 min. I had an earlier quote but they couldn't make it out until the following day. Josh was very professional and matched the price. Thank you Hedrick & Young for the quick response and quality work.

Don came out on-time within the time-window that Hedrick and Young committed to. This was the first sign of a good start. All I knew was that the floors started popping up, and there was a dripping sound coming from the chimney. Don helped to hunt down ALL of the problems, and it turned out to be 3 leaks! His work/efficiency was very impressive. It was great to get everything caught, and he came here 2 days in a row to make sure he could finish the job with the inspection.

He was very professional, forthcoming, and adaptable. With 3 leaks (one in the concrete slab), the best option was to do a full repipe, which made sense. He was very responsive with my questions, time-after-time (on-site and off-site texts etc). To be honest, I am not an easy customer because I will re-think about the issues from many different angles, but Don has really made a great impression on me.

The repipe work has not started yet, as I am doing my due diligence to get several quotes (as should anyone). I don't believe in making rushed decisions. The pricing from H&Y is reasonable. While H&Y has not been the cheapest quote, there is a good chance I still want to go with them, given the confidence Don has built up in me for their work. However, my wife insisted that that I look at one last company (recommendation by her friend), and I will always respect my wife's wishes =P

With plumbing, the most important part isn't just the price alone. As the price is reasonable with H&Y, the question is, more importantly, about future problems. When a sudden unlikely issue occurs from their work, will they be professional, quick to come on-site, and resolve the problems responsibly? That's what I look for in a plumber. Thanks to Don's work and responsiveness, I feel pretty confident thus far.
