100+ degree day my AC stopped working. Called and talked to Terry she is the sweetest. She had Larry out the same afternoon. Within a few minutes Larry had the problem figured out. It was cooling again in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service.

Would recommend this company to my friends and family. Called to have someone check out my AC unit that was not blowing cold air. Steven was at my home within 2 hours of the phone call. He was very easy going and answered all my questions. The AC magically worked before there was any work done and Steven checked the unit and did not charge us. Just an overall good company with great people!

I was very happy with the service I was provided. They came out on Tuesday to do an initial inspection to see what the issue with my heater was. I was worried I was going to have a long wait but they were able to order the parts I needed and were back early on Friday to fix my heater. Not only did the guy they send fix my heater, he even helped install a new smart thermostat for me which I hadn’t been able to do on my own.
10/10 would recommend!

Called around 10am talked to Terry, who is awesome and Larry was there by 11am Who is awesome too Larry figured out the problem right away and got to it and in a couple of hours AC was working again.
Larry explained everything in detail as he was doing it. 10 plus job rating awesome work GOD Bless you all at A&R.

Jacob Perez with A&R was a welcome surprise. I recognized him as the guy who came last time and I remember thinking then what a really great guy he was, super friendly, answered all my questions without making me feel stupid and I never got that nervous feeling in my gut about whether or not that guy really knew what he was doing. Right after we recognized each other, I felt even more confident about leaving and going to work with some dude walking around on the roof of my house, I mean who leaves the house while the repair guy is still there? I’ll tell you…people like me and probably you who get lucky enough to have local businesses owned by local people who hire awesome people like Jacob Perez.
Terri, at the office was like talking to my aunt, the one you only hear from a couple times a year but you always feel the familiarity.

Steve was great! Explained everything that he was going to do. Signed up for the maintenance package which includes both A/C and furnace cleaning. Also gives me a discount if I need repairs done. Well worth not having to worry or think about it.It also bumps you up on their list if something breaks! This I love the most........
