When I called this morning I was greeted very nicely and they were very good about getting information and sending a technician who was available right away. My technician was prompt and very nice and quickly diagnosed the problem. I highly recommend them and will call them again.

Juan was very professional and pleasant to work with. We felt his service was above and beyond. Will definitely use them again on other properties.

Called Dr Appliances to fix my dryer. Was expecting to wait a week or more for the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when they booked the appointment for the same day. Juan diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a fair price. Thanks!

Julian was very friendly and knowledgable. He was able to return same day with part to repair my dryer. Excellent company.

Julian was my technician, very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He inspected everything that could be causing the problem and so glad he finally was able to isolate the problem and make the appliance work by shutting the part that wasn't to allow me to still have access to fridge while the part was ordered and delivered.

I have been doing business with Juan of Dr. Appliances for many years and he has repaired a variety of our appliances. When our freezer quit working he was fully booked that day but squeezed us in by sending Vairon to repair our freezer. Vairon didn't disappoint! He fixed our freezer and was very knowledgable, professional and personable. I'm happy to know that I can always trust the technicians at Dr. Appliances to get the job done at a fair price! Iza was very helpful. He came and troubleshot our freezer that had been acting up. He found the problem within minutes and we couldn't be happier with the service.
