I had 4 other HVAC companys 2 said that the cause of the problems were Rats chewing on the wires, with no proof of this issue. The other 2 said replace the whole system. Mike said, no problem, I can fix it and he did for an extremely fair price. I'll never use anyone else than him again.

After doing some remodeling to our house we decided that it was about time get a quote for HVAC system. The house had a furnace but we needed air conditioning to keep us cool for the summer days. I called three companies for quotes, the first company gave me a quote by phone, nothing written and we didn’t have anyone to come and inspect the house ti see what was needed The second company recommended the split system in every room. We where not interested and not looking forward to go that route. Also, they didn’t provide me with a written nor verbal quote. I called Della-Moras office and they set up an in person appointment. They came to the house and a day after provided me with a written quote. We decided to hire them. We set up the installation appointment. They came as expected and did a wonderful and clean job. Overall, we are very happy with the service they provided. I recommend Della-Mora for your HVAC system installation. I will be calling them for an anual maintenance service.

My AC which is only 4 years old was not getting to temperature set by blowing hot air. I called Della-Mora Heating and Air conditioning for diagnostic. After they checked it, they informed me that my kind of AC System always leak and refrigerant was low. They went above and beyond by adding anti leak solution and topped the refrigerant which has brought my system back as new. Michael also provided advice as to how routine check up and tuning is recommended Great service.

Before finding Della-Mora I had two other services check out my system and I got two very dramatic causes and estimates. Not wanting to proceed with either one I took another look around and found Mike. He was extremely accommodating to my schedule and their staff was very friendly. He showed up and within 10 minutes he knew what the problem was and the estimate was mind bogglingly low . Just 45 minutes later he was done. Very professional and he knows his stuff. He didn't have that deer-in-the-headlights look on his face when he saw my 49-year old system like the other guys. He knew what he was doing. I will definitely call him again. Thanks Mike.

It's a summer miracle! Michael got my 20-year-old AC working again, when others could not.

I bought my condo 2 years ago, and the cooling barely worked at that time. The previous owners of 18 years had rarely lived here, so stuff was barely used/ turned on. I suffered through the heat for 2 summers because other companies could not fix my system and quotes were so high, I could not afford to replace.

I met Michael, learned he knew my building well, so decided to trust him to take another look. He had to undo the other screw-ups, then did his best to fix my system, with no guarantees he could get it working... but he did!!

The best part is that Michael knows what he's doing, which is what you want. And when it is time to replace my system, I'll absolutely have Michael do so because I trust him & his experience, plus his estimate is considerably less than the big companies here.
