Solid Plumbing and Drains completed a repair that required opening our wall in two places for which a cover was needed to close them. What was brought back and installed were very attractive plastic covers on a hinge so the area can be readily accessed in the future should the need arise.

This was a quality completion of a job well done from beginning to end by very professional and nice people.

Friendly and dedicated, they diagnosed my problem and proposed a solution.

I had a really tough drain problem that required a lot of work, so I was worried that it would be expensive. The guys at Solid Plumbing & Drains were super professional, and they explained everything they were doing in detail so that I could understand it. They charged me less than I expected and were done in no time! Highly recommended!

Drainage work on 1928 Home: Mario and his team did a 1st rate job clearing all my drains. My home hasn't drained well in years. Mario was friendly and provided me with various options to accomplish my goals. Friendly, professional and quickly solved. I am very pleased and will always call him if I ever am in need of a plumber in the future.

The only plumbers we could find that would come out and help us with our issue on July 3rd. Apparently when other competitors say they are 24/7 they really mean if we feel like it. These two guys Mario & Frank came out and fixed our problem and found what caused that problem in the first place and fixed that too. Same day call and appointment. Very friendly and punctual. Let us know what they were doing step by step. Kudos gentlemen, thank you for a job well done.

Mario and Angel came to do a repair for the townhouse we are selling. We needed it done with short notice in a timely manner. Mario sent someone to check it out right away and provided me a detailed and professional quote right away. Pricing was very reasonable. We went ahead and scheduled the project with them. Angel was on time , friendly, and most importantly professional. They were very honest and straightforward about the process! I know who to turn to for my plumbing needs!

Solid Plumbing & Drains, Inc provided minor emergency and necessary repairs and upgrades to my 2 bathrooms and kitchen sink including new faucets and toilets. The pricing was fair and within my budget. I was very pleased with the quality of work completed by Anthony and Frank under the supervision of owner and Project Manager, Mario Crespo. Indeed they provided solid plumbing!

My 17 year old water heater caught on fire back in mid January. My home warranty sent out a plumbing company who told me the water heater was installed incorrectly and that is why it caught on fire. Warranty was not going to cover it based on that tech’s assessment (failed to mention it was 17 years old); however, after speaking with warranty, it was decided that another plumbing company needed to assess the situation. Solid Plumbing and Drains was contacted by my home warranty and although I had to wait another week for an appointment, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at this company. I was contacted by phone on the status of arrival and the technician was polite and courteous. He stated that the water heater did not burn because of incorrect installation and it should not have been repaired 2 years prior by the first plumbing company. Due to no fault of Solid Plumbing and Drains, it was an additional 3 1/2 weeks before my water heater was installed (warranty contracts with a plumbing company that contacts local plumbers. That 2nd party’s lack of communication with my warranty company held up the entire process even though my warranty approved a replacement immediately). Solid Plumbing and Drains’ technician Duncan installed my water heater, as well as, added a water shut off valve and copper pipes. He was professional, friendly, polite, and did quality work.

After a long day at work I happened to come home to a flood of water underneath my sink and kitchen area. Solid Plumbing and Drains was recommended to me by my neighbor. I must say service was impeccable! Mario, was quick to respond and that same evening came out to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Solid Plumbing and Drains.

The solid plumbing & drains team did excellent work. I was happy with the communication. They were very detailed about every step of the job . There were no surprises with the scope of work or pricing . I would refer them to anyone who wants a company who is great at what they do , friendly, and responsive.

Mario Crespo and his crew are legit. Professional, courteous, on time, and get a 5 star response rating.
I have had 6 crews come out in the last year to deal with repeated clogging issues.
(In fact one crew from another company just came out last week.) I told my insurance company. “No more, you better send me your best crew!”

And they did. “Mario Crespo” is a master plumber and has been doing this for quite some time.

Solid Drain Plumbing company is licensed but not only that-
they are legit enough to be considered my insurance company’s GO TO GUY when they really need the situation dealt with.

Mario knew exactly what to do that 6 other company’s could not do. He knew how to speak with my insurance company, demand for what needed to be fixed, and leave the job with us being able to use our facilities.

I now have a permanent fix. I’m sharing this company in my good neighbor app and handing out cards to all my neighbors.

Found the best Plumbing Company!! I wish I can give this Plumbing company 100 ⭐️!! I’m a very picky person, and this company was amazing. They came after I brought two other previous plumbing companies and the other ones couldn’t fix the plumbing problem in my home. When Solid Plumbing came out they quickly determined the issue and fixed it. Did a follow up call to see how it’s working. I was extremely impressed!

As contractors go, dealing with Solid Plumbing & Drains was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. They were sent out by my insurance company, Service Line Warranty, after my shower, bathtub and toilet backed up and partially flooded my bathroom/master bedroom.

At first, Mario recommended that the main drain at the front of the house be replaced, which would have required considerable digging and disturbing my brand new front yard landscaping. Knowing I was concerned about possibly damaging my new house siding where they would have had to dig, Mario explained they could jet out the vents on my roof instead.

After getting approval from Service Line Warranty, Mario and his two workers came back out and carefully performed the work without creating any mess or damaging my property.

It's so refreshing to find a plumbing company that employs such considerate and capable workers and office staff. Mario is a highly knowledgeable professional, and I will most definitely recommend and use his company going forward.

Solid plumbing and drains replaced a refrigerator water line in a very timely professional manner. From start to finish the technician clearly explained the problem and finished the job within a week that also included having to take out some drywall during the process. I want to give a huge thanks and recommend to others Solid Plumbing and Drains for the work they recently did at my business. We’ve had the same reoccurring plumbing problem which has been affecting my business for quite some time now. We’ve had 3 different plumbing companies come out and supposedly diagnose & repair the problem but within a week the problem came back, costing me a lot of money and down time. When Solid Plumbing and Drains came to our business, their plumber Mario was more professional than the previous companies, well dressed and not smelling like an ashtray like the previous company’s technicians! Mario diagnosed the problem very quickly and after giving me a more fair price than the previous companies, fixed the problem without inconveniencing my business! It’s now been 4 months and our plumbing problem has not reoccurred! I want to thank Mario personally for his professionalism and his quickness in accurately diagnosing and fixing our plumbing problem, and his company’s professional demeanor. This is the only plumbing company I will use from now on in the future.

Most excellent! Called Mario and was given a quick quote and they were able to schedule a team member, Emmanuel, to come out that day to do the repair. He was very forthright and honest explaining that the issue that was occurring in my home was 2 separate issues, but they worked with me on pricing. Emmanuel was quick and very thorough with his work, he let me know why he was need to change machines switching from kitchen to bathroom. Took photos of the damage and showed me exactly what was going on for an additional repair that would need to be done, and made to to provide an excellent description in the report so I could pass onto my landlord.

Honestly, I would recommend them again. Pricing, very affordable, staff are friendly and upbeat, respectful, and fairly punctual (as punctual as a plumber can be you know).

Solid Plumbing went above and beyond to get our main sewer line replaced. They had a plumber to our home within 2 hours of our call. They didn’t think they could get it done that day. But when I told him we were going to have to go to a hotel, he went the extra mile and got it done. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
