I have used Dan's services on several projects. Seems like there isn't anything he can't do! Plumbing, electric etc., and always does it in a friendly and thorough way.

This is an excellent service. Great work, & very friendly & honest .just had more work done. Made my home look new with excellent painting in my living, dining, & kitchen. Plus electrical work, and replacing all the baseboards. You can't go wrong if you hire apt homes services?

I highly recommend APT Home Services! Dan assembled and installed 3 ceiling fans with lights, fixed 2 fans and fixed our curtain rod. He was professional, efficient and very reasonable!

I called Dan and he was over within an hour. He diagnosed the problem...it was the thermostat unit on the wall...he went to the hardware store and I was up and running within 2 hours. Dan is efficient, reliable AND his pricing is more than reasonable!!! I'm recommending him to ALL of my family and friends!!

Saturday night my husband noticed the air-conditioner was not working! Oh no, triple digit numbers, 102 degrees! We called (At 11:30 pm!) and Aimee, the owner, had Dan at our house at 8:30 am the following morning! He needed to replace a part and drove all the way to Roseville, we are in South Sacramento, to pick up the part he needed. He was knowledgeable, personable and got the got done at a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend him!!!

Excellent company. I’ve called them on multiple occasions. They’re always on time, complete the job usually in less time than they said it would take, clean up everything they do, and prices are very fair for the jobs they do. Dan has installed 4 different ceiling fans for me, repaired some drywall damage caused by a plumber’s error, caulked my shower, and worked on electrical issues outside. APT is my go-to!!

Dan and Aimee are excellent folks and I was blown away by the time, care, and attention they provided in the start and end of my bathroom remodeling. They helped not only address the concerns and problems I had, but also worked on detailing a proper plan that worked within my budget and timeline. We have used Dan for a little bit of everything and he does an amazing job every single time! He has installed fans, a dog door into our wall, new plumbing fixtures and luxury vinyl flooring...and much more. He's efficient, reasonable and just a great guy. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Apt Home Services for almost three years now. Aimee and Dan are always a pleasure to work with! Responsive, friendly, and Dan works really fast in an efficient way! He does great quality work. Their prices are more than fair.

Dan did an excellent job installing our toilets and replacing our toilet valve. He is very knowledgeable, cleans up after himself, and is on time. Perfect service! He also installed our dryer vent and it works well. Four years ago he hung our theater screen and it is still hanging there today!

I contacted them 3 different times to try to get some home improvements done, and they never even bothered to get back to me. Not the kind of company I want to do business with!

Sadly Dan has ghosted me with an issue of a new AC he installed that had issues from day 1, from a leak to him installing an outdated system, so outdated that other companies refuse to work on it, I’ve tried to reach out to Dan but he has not responded, I was willing to pay him to fix it, now I’m faced with spending more money on a complete new system. Buyer beware!
