TC Heating and Air was recommended through a friend, and since this was the second time using the service, I decided to leave a review. I had gotten a brand new thermostat and an AC cleaning. The service is great, they were extremely professional, and respectful. They also were always on time, and the install was surprisingly fast. Honestly after going through TC heating and Air I don’t think Ill go anywhere else. And even a few months later the air throughout my house was clean and my roommate and I were able to breathe so much better. 100/10 Definitely will be going back again. :)

TC was very prompt and came right away after reaching out about my house being cold. He came and checked out my heater which was not working, immediately figured out the problem and ordered the parts for a reasonable price. He was back to install my motor first thing in the morning and worked in the rain on my roof. He was fast, efficient and very professional. He made the experience positive and I will definitely refer and use him if needed for future services. Nice work.

The service I received was amazing. I contacted him and immediately got a response and scheduled a time for service. He was able to fix our heater and provide a warm house for my kids and I. I thank you so much! Definitely will be using this service again.

Thomas came to perform a routine check on my AC unit and was tremendously helpful. He walked me through everything he was checking and why some parts had to be replaced.

TC was very professional. He worked quickly and quietly. He also took the time to explain everything he did and why he did it, so we feel much better informed on how to best maintain our furnace after the service. The value was good too! We will definitely call him back for our A/C maintenance.

Thomas arrived to my house on time and friendly and professional. He inspected my AC unit and was able to repair it on this Hot day. My AC is very old and he was able to get it to blow nice and cold. Thank You, TC Heating and Air. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family.

This was my first experience with this company’s AC service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. When I called, they immediately sent a repairman to assist me. The service was excellent, and the repair charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to everyone I know!

My AC broke down just before a heat wave was about to start. Thomas came out to repair it on the same day I called him and fixed it within a couple of hours. He was very professional, friendly, and charged a very reasonable price for his services. Highly recommended.

I hired this company after being given a recommendation to do so from a co-worker who had said they were a good company to go through and they were right. Thomas was extremely friendly and patient when explaining the ins and out of the AC unit in the apartment while servicing my unit. I will definitely go through this company again!

Thomas is awesome!! we had a horrible heat wave and the AC in my house completely shut off. I was so nervous it was going to be expensive and a huge issue but Thomas was able to come out the next business day and fixed it within 2 hours. he was honest about the issues with my system and charged me really fairly for everything. He replaced our thermostat and gave me a quote for the next steps of maintaining my AC unit. i’m for sure a customer for life, Thomas AC is the only person i’ll call now for my AC unit

I recently had my A/C unit repaired by TC Heating & Air, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment(Sunday at 11am), they were friendly and professional. The technician arrived on time and quickly (literally 2 hours after I called them, same day) and diagnosed the issue with my unit. He explained everything clearly and provided a fair estimate for the repair.

The repair was done efficiently (done in an hour) and my air conditioning is now working as advertised. He even took the time to clean up my hvac ducting and furnace before leaving. I was impressed with the level of expertise and customer service provided. I highly recommend TC Heating & Air for anyone in need of air conditioning repair. They were accommodating, fast and affordable. They truly exceeded my expectations.

I plan to hire them back for my annual maintenance for both a/c and furnace.

Yesterday our a/c stopped blowing cool air and was just running the fan. It was over 83 degrees inside, with the a/c fan blowing warm air. We had to run every fan available to make it somewhat bearable. Plus, this wasn't sustainable with my dog and cats. We called 3 places prior to TC late morning today, and they all were booked a few days out. We finally got a hold of TC and he WAS available today. Thank God! 🙏 He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and completed the repair in no time. His work proved to be great, and his prices were affordable. Yes, I would definitely recommend him. Thanks TC for saving us. 😊

Another company canceled our appointment because they were too busy. Thomas was at our house two hours after I called him. Not only did he fix our 30 year old HVAC within minutes, we decided to have him install a new one. It was a great experience! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anybody. Amazing Job!
