Had shields plumbing come to our place of business and replace our grease trap!! They were on time, had all the right tools to get the job done right the first time, and completed the job faster than promised. They absolutely under promised and over delivered!! We will be using them and telling our friends and family about them as well!

Shields plumbing was fantastic! I needed a water heater replaced and they did a great job. They were courteous, professional, timely and came in under budget. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a great plumber.

I have had a very positive experience with Shields Plumbing! Scott came to address several plumbing issues in the house I recently bought. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing issues and is efficient, professional, and skilled at what he does. He was able to locate and identify the problems and repair them quickly. He insulated pipes, repaired a whole house water filtration system and reverse osmosis system, repaired an outdoor water leak, installed bathroom sink and tub/shower faucets, and hooked up the ice maker in my new refrigerator. He did all of this while also being very pleasant to be around. I was very comfortable with him working in and around my home. In addition to all of this he was VERY reasonably priced! He also communicated very well and showed up when he said he would and assured me that I could call him if there were any issues with any of his work! I HIGHLY recommend Shields plumbing!

True professionals! Eduardo stopped by at his earliest convenience to check a blocked pipe. He had given us an initial report and estimated costs. Kept great communication as the process was moving along. He was very respectful of our home and keeping it clean. Definitely will be using Shields Plumbing in the future.

It’s been 10 months since they swapped out my toilets. I hired them again to remove my gas line into my kitchen to make space for a new electric stove. Got the job done smoothly and quietly. I’m a happy repeat customer.

I can’t say enough good things about Shields Plumbing. Scott was AMAZING! He was able to come by same day for a free estimate and the work ended up being priced extremely fair. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. Scott’s work was beautifully finished and completed ahead of schedule. My mom even has Scott on her schedule this week to install a water heater at her place 😊 I absolutely recommend Shields Plumbing to anyone who wants quality plumbing services at affordable prices.

I can’t say enough good things about Shields Plumbing! Their plumber Eduardo, was incredibly professional, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my backed up main line, he explained everything clearly from start to finish, I felt completely confident in his expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

I called a million places, got some outrageous quotes. Also mostly got people that said they couldn’t quote over the phone. Yet when they came out they spent 5 seconds looking at the job. Most wouldn’t come out unless we paid them to. When I called Shields they asked a lot about the job, were able to give an estimate over the phone so I could judge. My first thought was It was too good to be true.

I ended up calling and asking them to come out, but sent them a couple pictures and got another quote that increased (very slightly) only because our fixtures were Brushed Nickel.

The gentleman was schedule for 3 hours, was here for probably a total of 5 and also replaced an extra piece of pipe that was rotting (He showed it to us and it really was rotting).

While I bit my fingernails waiting for the new invoice and how much more expensive it would be, got it back and it was no extra charge. Same price that was quoted.

Overall, Shields was amazing. We will continue using them and will recommend them to everyone. Our valve replacement was successful and we finally have heat and cold control of our shower. We also don’t have to worry about our pipe rusting out. While they have a business in a very populated area, they are more like the small town people that aren’t trying to screw everyone over.

My husband and I had an emergent need for plumbing services. After calling four other companies, I called Shields and spoke with Blaine and was immediately comforted that we would be able to get our situation resolved and water restored to our home. Blaine did exactly what he said he would do in the time he committed. He and his crew were thorough and professional. So rarely do we find companies and suppliers who provide the quality customer service we experienced from Shields. While I hope to not have to call them again, I certainly would if we needed plumbing work in the future. Our sincere gratitude to Shields.

I am so glad I found this company! I would and will use them every time going forward for any plumbing needs I have. The workmanship, professionalism, and expertise is out right 10/10 in all categories. From the free estimate (which they were at my door within an hour of calling them) to the completion of the project was very smooth. Blaine & his crew are such hard workers and show they care about the project. My project was not an easy one. Trenching in hard soil in 100+ Degree weather is tough but these guys absolutely showed their grit and integrity and put there heads down and got the job done in an incredible time. The price I paid for this project seemed very wrong for what service I received. They went above and beyond for me, assuring everything was just as it was before or even better by sweeping and spraying off the concrete remanence after having to tear up the ground and move yards and yards of dirt. After the project was completed, Blaine had made sure I was happy with the project by walking me through it, to make sure they leave with a happy customer. Long review but it's well deserved. Thank you so much Shields for the outstanding work you do!

Working with Shields plumbing was a very positive experience. Our project (replacing gas lines in an older church building) was a challenging job and Tom and Blaine were able to take my requests and turn them into a job well done. Tom kept me informed throughout the planning and permitting process and Blaine stayed with the job until every detail was taken care of completely. I highly recommend Shields plumbing, and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Shields Plumbing. Prices are fair and affordable. From start to finish the whole process went very smooth mostly because of Blaine. Blaine is punctual, arrives on time, communicates effectively is very professional and friendly. Customer service is great. My job was: a new sewer line to connect to the street, repiping the house drain plumbing and abandoning the old septic tank. A big job. As I said it went very smooth. 11/7/2024 - Excellent service by Curtis and Blaine. I had a backed up toilet and they accessed my issue and fixed it in a timely manner. They were on time, courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. I had contacted them about a year ago to install a new kitchen faucet and Scott was timely and kept the work area very clean. I absolutely recommend Shields Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
