Our previous independent plumber we hired caused a bit of a disaster and we had to get someone to fix the issues caused by their negligence. We called this company to the rescue. Both the tech's introduced themselves when they came to the house. They confirmed everything they would be working on and even were OK with adding another task that same day even though it wasn't part of the initial work that had to be done. They answered all my questions, were friendly, polite and ensured I understood everything. The price was kind of fair, but this is one of those cases of you get what you pay for. Definitely will be sticking with this company for all my plumbing needs in the future.
