Ola helped us with diagnosing an HVAC issue and regular HVAC maintenance. We are very happy with the work he did. He was punctual, professional, and competent. We also really appreciated his willingness to share information on how we should be upkeeping our system to prevent subsequent costly repairs. We would highly recommend his services!

Ariel responded rapidly to our request for estimating some complex duct and control work. The quote was very reasonable and work started the following Tuesday. Staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The work was completed quickly and with impressive quality. There were no surprises and no cost overruns. I will definitely use Ariel again for HVAC needs.

Ariel diagnosed several problems quickly, got me an estimate in record time, and completed the work immediately. They were professional and friendly. (They loved my dog!) I can't imagine calling anybody else for HVAC work. They'll be performing my annual service in one year -- I've put the entry on my calendar!

Ola was very helpful in finding the best multi-unit ductless HVAC for our condo. His price was very competitive. I was impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness to our questions and needs, and his promptness. He even filed the warranty documents with the manufacturer.

Highly recommend! On a Saturday night when it was 100 degrees I called many places and told them I had an infant and my AC was broken. Ola was the first to care, he changed his personal plans, came and stayed till midnight. When he realized there were more parts needed, he went to several stores across different towns to get them to return the next day. Very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, provides education on what he’s doing and why. Now we’ll be a customer for life.

Ola took care of our requirement from his first visit. He listened, made notes, and created a simple and clear electrical plan for our air-conditioning system, right in front of us. And he explained the layout in great detail -- it made us feel comfortable about how the entire system would be installed.

Further, he explained the scheduling and process as well.

We are still surprised and relieved about how carefree everything felt.

We'll recommend the company to anyone and everyone who has similar needs in the bay area.

Ola at Ariel HVAC Solutions was incredibly communicative, professional, and flexible with our ductless mini split install. Their quote was very competitive, and I especially appreciated their technicians' heads-up texts before arriving, rather than the huge time window most contractors give you. The work was very clean, very safe, and the attention to detail second to none. This was the last bit of work we needed to do on our year-long condo renovation, so we have had plenty of recent experience with electricians, drywall repairers, painters, and plumbers, and I'm happy to say that Ariel was as clean, quick, and pleasant to work with as anyone I've done business with! Highly recommend.

I've been meaning to put this review up, as I had absolutely incredible service from Ola last week replacing an old swamp cooler in the home I rent.

Unfortunately, Ola received the incorrect information regarding the unit to no fault of his own. And because of that, it made his job much harder.

He ended up driving all the way from Walnut Creek to Santa Rosa to pick up the correct unit for me and still installed it the same day.

He was extremely friendly, kind, and clearly went way above and beyond to get the job done for me on a very hot day! Gotta recognize and appreciate those things, especially in today's age!

We are not pleased with the installed heat pump unit. The unit they installed did not match the one quoted. If we had known that the unit they would install with was lower efficiency and needed heat strips, we would not have chosen a heat pump or we would have gone with other contractors. The estimate I accepted was for a heat pump with an 18 SEER efficiency but then ended up installing one with 14.3 SEER, and needed heat strips. They also did not do the electrical work that the estimate said. However, they insisted to charge us the exact same price as the original quote.
