I would like to recommend WinBath with an 100% A+ rating. The showroom is beautiful with many choices to fit your every need. Customer service is excellent. Janet was our advisor and did an outstanding job in advising us in our selections and in writing up the order for all the components that we needed for our bathroom project. She even helped design a combination shower head for us. The products are beautiful and arrived without issue. Janet communicated with us throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Janet plus this company. They can’t be beat!

She is timely with follow-through and even went above and beyond by personally delivering our purchases. We have worked with her on multiple projects and highly recommend her.

Quite the bathroom, and kitchen water fictures supply showroom; high quality and well stocked. We bought new shower and tub fictures today. We bought 2 Caroma water saving toilets there several years ago.

In-depth plumbing product knowledge with terrific customer service that by far exceeds other plumbing resources. Have worked with Lorena for years with only great outcomes!

I've have been dealing with winnbath for 7 years now, as a bathroom and kitchen remodeler I want jobs to go smooth so I consistently send my customers there to demo, choose and purchase there fixtures. I have bought items from Win Nelson several times over the last 15 years really, but never knew how truly awesome they were until I needed a small replacement part for some shower hardware. I was just calling to get the part info to order it and Raquel there not only looked up my order from over two years ago, but she contacted the manufacturer on my behalf seeing that it was under warranty who promptly shipped it within 24 hours to me. If you want high quality products and top notch service, don't go anywhere else but here. Thank You!

The staff was polite and extremely helpful ! I didn't realize how stressful remodeling a bathroom could be but after getting in contact with Lorena and her staff, things went so smoothly! I've been going to back and forth with so many options from so many different places and I swear I was starting to give up on the remodel. Once I stepped into WinBath and Kitchen and spoke to Lorena, a weight was immediately lift off my shoulders. They're all so knowledgeable with their products. Lorena also was able to give me so many options is different price ranges. She helped me save so much money for quality products. Other places were selling me the most expensive products and Lorena was able to show me great products for an affordable price. Aside from being so friendly and helpful, the store has a beautiful lay out and presentation of products. I'm so satisfied with my remodel. 10/10 would recommend

I would rate my experience a 5 Star experience. As soon as I walked in I was helped by friendly faces. Remodeling my home I had a lot of questions, a representative Tarra Freeman helped me with ALL I needed to know, she just knew exactly what I needed and wanted for my project. Its good to know there still is good customer service out there.

I just completed a total remodel of my Master bathroom. The sales department helped me out so much with this project. The sales person that was very instrumental with her tremendous knowledge was Janet Garcia! She pictured my idea of what I wanted my bathroom to look like, and then she put her expert knowledge to work on my project. Janet was able to find the necessary bathtub, sink, cabinet, toilet, medicine cabinets, and fixtures, that fit my bathroom space like a glove! Had it not been for Janet's extensive knowledge of the best and latest bathroom equipment, I feel I'd still be stuck at the what do I need stage to complete my bathroom remodel. Janet Garcia was not only knowledgeable, but was kind and patient. Wish I had gone to Winbath several years ago when I remodeled my guest bathroom. I can assure you when I start on my kitchen remodel, I will return to Winbath and their outstanding salesperson, Janet Garcia!

I recently did a complete remodel of my home and Tarra made that task SO MUCH EASIER, than I anticipated. She is so knowledgeable about everything they carry! She is very responsive to questions or concerns and is always polite and professional. Would highly recommend anyone to go through her.
