Guillermo was great. We had a clogged toilet in our house. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, was easily able to communicate what he was doing and why, was friendly to talk to, and was able to rely on his 20 years of experience to fix the problem fast. We really appreciated his help and would definitely use him and the service again if needed, but ideally not!

We had a very annoying leak in both showers. I had an idea of what needed to be done to fix (cartridges) but 2 other popular plumbing companies tried to charge me insane amounts to tear into walls, replace pipes and quoted way beyond what was called for in this case. I hate when "service providers" underestimate your knowledge. Roto Rooter sent Joseph to survey the problem and was the only honest person in this experience. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and confident in his assessment. Job was completed as he quoted. No hassles, no upselling - just honesty. Reasonably priced too. So refreshing. I know I will have to replace pipes someday because it's an old house, and when I do I'll be calling Joseph and Roto Rooter. They've earned my trust and my business.

What can I say about Johnnie from rotorooter besides To say I am blessed to have him get dispatched to us! He kindly and patently answered all my questions and came late in the night when everyone else was closed. Johnnie was amazing. I assumed it was the last job of the day and what should have been a routine unclog turned into a two hour job due to all the pet hair that ended up in the pipes.
