Capitol Roofing replaced the old roof of my new purchase. They were professional and provided excellent quality service. I found them using Yelp and so glad I did. They were the best quote out of three. I was under pressure to replace the roof to get insurance and glad I chose them.

I have been using this company for several years and am completely happy with their service every time. Adrian is very professional and pays attention to detail, all at very competitive prices which is rare. I would and have recommend them every time.

We are so fortunate to have found Adrian and his company. I received five quotes for our roof, and he was the only one who actually got on a ladder to inspect and give a comprehensive bid. Adrian is very experienced and stands by the reputation of his work, his crew, and company to make sure we were satisfied with the end result.

Our roof is very difficult, with a steep pitch, as well as some flat areas, for which he ended up using a roll-out product that looks great. His crew removed three layers of asphalt shingle, as well as the original wood shake, installed all new plywood, and did an amazing job installing new shingles. They even replaced some of the fascia that had been rotting.

They did an excellent job cleaning the job site after each day, and it took a total of seven working days to complete our project. He worked with my wife and I to place the vents in places where they would be less visible, but still effective. I can already feel the house is cooler as it’s starting to warm up.

Today Junior came to make a repair to our existing gutters which were installed last year. He did an EXCELLENT job and was so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Capitol Roofing. Adrian and Junior are very professional and they get the job done timely and well.

Called Adrian to get an estimate for a future home. He was very nice and professional.
He told me the roof is not in good shape and part of it was patched up a few years ago but everything is 33 years old and needs work.
He gave me a very competitive price to repair the roof and told me the truth right off the bat.

Capitol Roofing came highly recommended by my realtor. They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Capitol Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work.

Most homeowners under-appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold. There is one closet that is damp and growing mold, this should have fixed the root cause!

Adrian and his crew put a new roof on my house last year. They did an excellent job. Yesterday the wind blew my chimney cap off and I called Adrian. I was worried about animals getting in my chimney, Adrian called me back the following day. He told me he would be here in a half hour to fix it. I appreciate Adrian coming out in the rain to put my chimney cap back on. Now that's GOOD service!!!

Adrian was very hands on …. After I called in for an estimate he was literally on my roof within minutes that was impressive … he had his guys there tearing off my old roof and replacing it w a new roof in a very timely positive manner … they cleaned up after every session left the place spotless… Adrian made some positive necessary upgrade suggestions which I’m very glad he did which benefited my pocket and the tenants living conditions… I’m definitely keeping Adrian and his crew at Capitol Roofing for future roof work … very Professional and respectful guys ….
