DCC Construction Services was a lifesaver when I had a ceiling leak in my home. They handled everything with my insurance, making the process completely stress-free for me. My bedroom ceiling was repaired perfectly, looking like new when they were done. The team was professional, efficient, and great to work with. I highly recommend them for any home repairs or restoration work!

You hear so many stories of nightmares with contractors, and from the very beginning, when I had contact w DCC Construction LLC, they have exceeded every expectation I could ever think of. To schedule, to communication, to doing the construction by far the best I've seen. Their quality of work is a work of art. This team knows what they are doing.

Each of the team members who have come over is upright, fine group. Extremely friendly, professional. Trustworthy and are experts at their craft.

Incompetence and extreme lack of professionalism, unskilled workers with no supervision, atrocious workmanship, poor communication, lack of accountability, rude employees, nothing to recommend. Construction companies are a dime a dozen, take your business elsewhere.

Worst and unprofessional services. Recommended by my insurance but worst experience on quote and they are very rude. Never ever go with them.

DCC was contracted by my insurance company after a major plumbing leak. Overall very poor experience marked by delays, incompetence, unqualified workers and lack of professionalism. Finish work so poor they had to repaint my laundry room 2 times only to have the job be so substandard I had to hire someone to repaint it again. DCC caused multiple damages to my home due to their inexperience and incompetence. This included leaving wet shiplap on my dining room table ruining the finish. Antonio, the project manager, touted the company stating not to worry, they have specialists on staff and a woodworker would refinish it. Instead he instructed his most incompetent, inexperienced laborer to refinish it. Needless to say, the stain was still evident. This was the same worker who tossed his cigarette butts in my yard and painted over moldy backing to my wall unit. When I questioned him he stated he was instructed to do so despite my objections. The insurance claim paid DCC to replace the backing, not paint over it. Intentional fraud or just gross negligence? After multiple such events I had enough of their incompetence and excuses and let them go prior to completing the job. The owner, Dustin, then stepped in to assist in assessing the damages and to compensate me for them. He was nice enough initially, but then inexplicably vanished without a word only to have some other DCC administrative assistant step in. DCC's lack of professionalism, chaotic and poor quality work were shocking. I question these 5 star reviews as clearly this company is struggling to vet , hire and retain qualified workers.
If you're looking for a professional, competent company in your time of need this is not them. Added undue stress to an already difficult time. Homeowners beware.
