Nick and Raymond did an excellent job. Both of them are very knowledgeable and very nice people. Explained everything that’s going on with my furnace hvac system and provided all the information i need to replace my hvac systems. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service

For unknown reason, our 6 years old HVAC system stopped working so no heater for few cold days until Preston had checked and found that the board of our Furnace needed to be replaced. Also found that the air scrubber cell needed to be replaced too. Preston had shown his expertise and knowledge, All our questions and concerns were addressed. Thank you Preston for the job well done!👍

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dylan Donzelli at Perfect Star for an HVAC maintenance tune-up service and couldn’t have been more impressed. We received helpful reminders and alerts before the appointment so we knew who would be coming into our home.

JT Permenter was assisted by Diego. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and completed the wall heater installation ahead of schedule. JT explained all that they were doing before the installation and then walked me through what they did afterwards. Excellent work!!

Purchased their heat pump HVAC system a few years ago and signed up for their yearly maintenance. Very happy so far. Maintenance staff has been great. System works great!

Promptly answers call, schedules slot, notifications on expected service date and time, texted photo and info of technician, technician is on time, provided high level workscope and planned activities, then after all activities walked me through detailed updates, sign off and email summary. Raymond is awesome. The company is awesome and does great work, they cleanup after themselves. I can’t say enough about Raymond he kept his word and calling me back try so hard to help me. this company is the best, I really appreciate Raymond so much. The two workers that came and installed the furnace were also very knowledgeable and awesome even when I spoke to the receptionist, she put a smile on my face. I know if I ever need another furnace or whatever they offer I would definitely give this company a call.

Nick was efficient and was able to do our repairs in under an hour. He answered my questions and made addition suggestions based on my questions. I never felt rushed nor pressured to do anything. He was very helpful.

Andrew Sanchez was my technician and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He spent an hour and 39 minutes performing a tune-up and safety inspection on my system and he took pictures of everything he saw and sent me a lot of them, (if not all of them). He explained a lot about my system and gave me advice on things I should/could replace. I had to provide a nice long ladder for him to use, though, and I volunteered to hold it for him when he needed to go up and down it.

My technician was very polite, thorough and knowledgeable about heating units. He did a complete checkup of our heating and air conditioning systems and didn’t find anything wrong. I was very satisfied with his service.

I had a great experience with Elvin at Perfect Star. They came out as part of my required bid process. Friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a lot of options to accommodate what we need. Great experience and looking forward to potential next steps!

Perfect Star installed a heat pump, replaced an aging furnace, and installed batteries for an existing solar panel installation. They worked quickly and efficiently. They always kept us informed of who and when they would be working. They were immaculate and did an excellent job cleaning up after each day's work. This was a complicated job and they persevered until it was all completed to our satisfaction.

Anthony is the most professional technician I have come across. Very impressed with him. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. Will call this company again for future problems.

HVAC system has been a problem for a number of years. This company came out right away. Great with communications. Technicians were kind and were very good at explaining why I was having issues. Decided to let them install new system for me. Good warranty. Good brand name, Lennox. And knowledgeable technicians.

Very pleasant experience working with Anthony Belt at Perfect Star. They arrived the day after I called, were very communicative about when they would arrive, and Anthony worked very quickly. I was having issues with my Nest thermostats and Anthony got them fixed. I'd gladly use them again.

Gio arrived prior to the schedule start time and was respectful of our home. He was focused on the tasks we agreed upon, took photos of our current system and reviewed them with me. Gio made sure that I understood his findings, answered all my questions, and arranged for a follow up meeting to discuss next steps. There was no pressure at any point. I appreciate his honesty and attention.

Just had a post installation visit with Keon to adjust the air intake on the new furnace they installed that reduced the noise level of the unit. We called Perfect Star this morning and they were able to fit us in this afternoon. As seems to be the company's custom, Keon arrived before the scheduled start time and was focused on getting the job done. He took the time to explain the cause of the noise, the adjustments that he made and took additional steps to quiet the operation of the unit. We appreciate the interaction and the detail.

Elvin was excellent. He was able to show us our options and we were able to find a reasonable solution. Very knowledgeable and patient with us.

Wow, what a pleasant & professional experience I received from Raymond Kinder from Perfect Star Heating & Cooling. I can see why the companies name is Perfect Star Heating & Cooling. Raymond arrived on time resolved my furnaces issue. As a mechanic engineer it was nice to see the quality in workmanship.

After a not so great experience with a different HVAC company I found myself hesitant to work with anyone. Unfortunately I am in need of replacing ductwork and reached out to different companies. My goal is to listen to all and learn what I can, find commonalities etc in hopes of not repeating a bad experience. Enter: Juan Torres from Perfect Star Heating, Coolong and Electrical. He was great. He went through everything with full comprehensive explanations. He didn’t pull a high pressure sales tactic which I also appreciated. Definitely impressed and felt comfortable in considering his company for future work.
