I had my new Bryant A/C system installed by Otter HVAC in May 2025, and the whole experience was amazing. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They completed the installation quickly and neatly, connected everything perfectly, and made sure the system was running smoothly before leaving.

The equipment was supplied through Slakey Brothers, and the quality is excellent. Since the installation, the A/C has been working flawlessly and keeping my home perfectly cool.

If you’re in Concord and need reliable and skilled HVAC professionals, I highly recommend Otter HVAC. They truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars!!!

As a regular customer of theirs, I was surprised by the way I was treated on the phone. Anthony must of had a very bad day. Management needs to focus on him and his poor customer service skills. I for one will not be returning.
