Professional and friendly. I called and within an hour I had the service technician at my house. He assessed the problem and scheduled the service. They were on site right as they promised. Technican did not leave until everything was in working order. Could not ask for a better service

Jesus, did a great job all the way thru the repair process. Even when the warranty company had failed on getting the parts out over night, Jesus checked in to see if they have arrived. In demand you have an excellent technician, who shows up on time and follows up with the customer. Jesus customer service is at a high level above the average serice of other companies. Rudy from Indemand plumbing discovered a leak In the pipe from the water meter to the house, I scheduled a follow up appointment to have it repaired. Jesus and Alberto arrived on December 30 and did the repair efficiently and respectfully. We are very happy with Indemand plumbing for the several jobs they have helped us with.

We were very happy with the work Jarod did. He fixed the issue at hand, but he was also very informative about other issues our commode has, which he said can be addressed at a later date.

I was surprised how quickly Indemand was able to get someone to my house to repair my sink! I called at about 4:45pm and someone was here within 30 minutes!!
Daniel fixed my sink and I was ready to get back to prepping my TG dinner. ☺️
