Continue to call me after I have asked to placed on their do not contact list several times and registering on the national do not call list.

If you answer their door-to-door solicitation, and express even a little interest, be prepared to get calls at least 3 times a week for more than a year. I did and still get calls even after i told them we no longer live at the residence. They stopped for about a month, but the calls have picked up again.

To be fair, the service may be great, but the sales department lacks integrity.

I got a knock on my door offering a no cost estimate. I declined because of my busy schedule but, I was somewhat interested and gave out my phone number, thinking I'd set up a future appointment. Big mistake! I did some online research and found numerous complaints about this company. The phoned calls were endless! I asked not to be called again but, that didn't stop them. The aggressive sales tactics and egregious rip off reports of this company is earning them 1 star!
