HMS Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. I called them early on a Saturday at 8 am, and by 9:30, a technician was already at my house. Chris was extremely responsive, even attempting to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before realizing it required an expert. The techs who arrived went above and beyond to replace my shower valve without damaging the stucco or shower wall, ultimately saving me a significant amount of money. Their professionalism and commitment to quality were impressive. I highly recommend HMS Plumbing for anyone in need of reliable and efficient service!

Once again we used this company. They were great. I texted Chris, the owner, on a Sunday and he responded and they were out the very next day. We needed a pressure regulator for our irrigation system installed. They did a fantastic job and once again would highly recommend them.

I called this morning (2/18/25 ) I talked with Chris the owner. I explained my situation. He took the time to explain what the options were. I was so happy he took the time to let me know what options I had. I had a toilet installed and a new garbage disposal installed. His crew is top notch. I’m so happy I chose HMS Plumbing. Chris, a representative from HMS Plumbing, promptly scheduled an appointment for a hydro jetting service.

Regrettably, upon arrival, the technicians discovered that the unique configuration of my plumbing system prevented them from performing the hydro jetting service. However, Chris demonstrated remarkable responsiveness and adaptability by swiftly devising an alternative solution. He arranged for a new crew to arrive early the following morning and even offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill.

The new crew, consisting of Jose and Kevin, arrived promptly and efficiently resolved the issue. They displayed great expertise and thoroughness in clearing the pipes, ensuring that everything was functioning properly again.

Chris, who is one of my neighbors sent his professional staff to repair a French drain clog attached to the faucet on my backyard bbq pit counter top. His staff swiftly identified the problem, and worked towards solving it using a combination of jetting and snaking. I highly recommend Chris for any plumbing work needed. Responsive, honest, and reasonably priced.

Chris was great. Water heater stopped working. Instead of charging me a fee to come out and service it, He helped me problem solve my issue over the phone.

Chris is the best! He solved our plumbing issue quickly and the work was first rate! Would definitely recommend him.

Great group of guys to work with. We had a leak from the main water line going into our house and it was leaking. Reach out to them and they were able to send out one of their guys to check and confirm where the leak was coming from. Didn't charge for the site visit on a Saturday (which is pretty awesome), sent me an estimate and we were a go and were scheduled me for the following Monday since the supply house was already closed.

Crew arrived between the time slot that they provided and made quick work of the job on a rainy Monday afternoon. They sent a crew of 3 to assist with the work, they were able to replace the offending line cleaned up the area and replaced the patch of lawn that had to be dug up to access the line. Would highly recommend them as they're super responsive and do quality work.

Have used HMS a few times, always respond quickly , have been able to schedule the work in a very reasonable time frame., they are on time , courteous, honest about the problem and get the job done. Highly recommend
Though sometimes the work seems pricey, I believe they are honest and don’t tell you that you need a repair, if you really don’t.

Once again, contacted HMS , they responded quickly, were able to replace water heater. And came back later to clear aerator . Always courteous.

Chris and his team at HMS are amazing! I had a 26 yr old air conditioning unit die during the hottest week of the summer. Chris answered my text at 8:00 at night(didn’t expect a text back until at least a day) and had his crew at my house the very next day. They tested our air conditioner to see if they could bring it back to life rather than a full replacement but it was dead! By 7am the next morning the crew showed up and we had air by the end of that day!

We are so grateful to Chris and his team and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent Service from HMS Plumbing!
I can't recommend HMS Plumbing enough! When I called, Chris answered immediately and, to my surprise, had someone at my door in less than an hour.
His employee, Jose, arrived and quickly troubleshot the issue. He repaired it without delay, and I was especially impressed that he found the best route to fix the problem, avoiding any unnecessary holes in my wall. Jose was incredibly pleasant, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit.
