I had a question about taking apart a kitchen faucet that I had purchased there and they were extremely helpful.

Great plumbing supply house, easy place to walk in and leave with what you need. Staff is helpful when additional guidance is needed. Feel free to spend all day realising they don't have what you need at that Home place, or go to Ferguson's and get polite helpful service and actually get it.

Rob at the store was super helpful. He recommended Kenny Stevens for my leaking back flow valve issue. Kenny came by and fixed my leak in 20 mins. Rob, thank you really appreciate your advise and help.

I had a really nice experience here. They were clean, stocked up, very helpful and attentive. I accidentally opened a package of a tub stopper in the wrong finish, realized it was brushed nickel when I needed chrome. The gent behind the counter was not bothered by this mistake, and happily ordered me the part in chrome for pickup the next day. Thanks guys, you'll get my business from now on!

Service is slower since new employees added, as a few experienced ones left, but they have improved dramatically lately. Shortages of materials affecting all plumbing stores but this Ferguson seems to be out of stuff a lot but that is improving too…but they are friendly and have a great return policy.

My contractor sent me over to pick up tub/bath drain so, of course, I had no idea what I was doing. The one guy was outright rude and even told me contractors go first so I got to wait some more. I guess that's great if your a contractor ;-) The other guy was much nicer but didn't have what I needed so I got it at Cal-Stream and it was a MUCH better experience. Just sayin...

Disorganized, unfriendly, not helpful, over priced otherwise great!

I had heard great things about Ferguson’s but what a weird and distasteful experience!! I was told late one afternoon that I needed to come back early morning and speak with a woman who would be able to help me. I arrive at 7:00 - there are 3 people behind the counter. A guy is rude and disarming when asking what I need. The woman tells me she’s just a regular salesperson and speak to a third person, a man who had been in the store the day before. He seems to think I’m unaware that I’m trying to find a compression valve from the 1940’s which I was well aware of... What a lot of misinformation and ATTITUDE! Never again!

I just got charged 92 bucks for a copper fitting that is 15 bucks online and home depot. Ridiculous over priced. Almost criminal.
