We called Sparkling team after a brush got stuck during my worst DIY cleaning. They came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out there was a bad connection in the vent that had caused a lot of lint to blow out under our home. They repaired and secured everything properly. Now it works! super grateful for them!

Sparkling Vent Team came out today to clean my air ducts and vents. The team was careful, professional, efficient and patient answering all of my questions. The best of all today, I turned the dryer on and had no smoke smell for the first time in six weeks! What a relief!

After I got rid of my laundry room burning smell, I reached out to Sparkling Vent Team who came on time and my service provider Luis from Sparkling Vent Team gave me a detailed run down of the clog and showed me all the lint it had accumulated before running his machine and cleaning. Ultimately, it taught me why my dryer was getting so slow to operate.

Luis vented (no pun intended) that the lint accumulation looked like a small snow drift outside that I could see from my kitchen window. He also gave me some new coffee from his cooler during the time he serviced my business as well. Ultimately, the vent cleaning from these guys was better than my first experience because they were thorough and clean and did airflow tests to check if the vent was working properly.
