I had Matt over to the house about a couple months ago for an estimate on my heat and install AC, I didn’t have a central air unit. After checking around and other estimates I decided to go with Matt because I didn’t like the big companies and different people in my home. Matt is an independent and does it all, with a great price. The service was outstanding, done by Matt, and the new unit is quite and also has a great filter system. I would recommend him to anyone for any HVAC service!!

Had a great experience working with JW Mitchell Heating and Air. Matt got back to me quickly, came to diagnose the problem and had a solution. A/C is up and working! His crew was prompt, clean, quick and knowledgeable. They were professional and communicated with me with what they were doing along the way. I highly recommend this company!!

I called on a late Saturday afternoon and had an appointment to diagnose my wall heater within minutes. Matt came out and took time diagnosing my problem. He ordered several parts to ensure that he would only have to come back once and assured me that I would not be charged for anything not used. We coordinated for a week later installation due to me being out of town. He had it on the books without me confirming the quote. He was meticulous in insuring he only installed and repaired what the unit actually needed. There was no up sell or parts installed that were not required to get the system up and running. In the end I felt his price was very reasonable. Matt made sure the house looked as clean as when he started. He is trustworthy and I will recommend him to both family and friends.

I don't write reviews often but when I do, it's because I just had my AC unit replaced by JWM. Matt was great to work with. First person to respond, first person to come out, had 3 quotes and was the best price by a long way. I gave green light to go ahead on a Monday and AC was installed on Wednesday. Easy to do business with, trustworthy, response, well priced, professional, courteous. Overall, great experience and would recommend to friends.

Great service! The team was extremely professional, efficient, and most importantly effective. They showed up during the assigned 1 hr window. I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to diagnose the issues with my AC system. We will definitely be enrolling in their maintenance plan as well.

The guys came out at 8am, amd worked as a solid team till 8pm straight through. Worked side by side with the electrician they contracted. Did a great job, install couldn't have come out better and I honestly can't complain about anything. This is a company you can trust with your home. Very Satisfied especially with Matt our salesperson and one of the installers. Thank you JW Mitchell for your help. You guys are great.

They are detailed in their work, very knowledgeable, good recommendations for items that will need work in the future, but no pressure about doing work on my air conditioner and heater now.
They are respectful of my home, making sure they did not enter my home without booties. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
