Really impressed with Klondike Air!! These guys are top notch. Andrew showed up right on time for our appointment (he also called ahead to let me know he was 30 mins away). He thoroughly inspected my system and helped me come up with a great game plan that did not require replacing the entire cooling/heating system like a couple other sales organizations had done. Luckily they had a cancelation and were able to begin my install the very next day. A lot of their work involved reworking existing ductwork as well as installing a couple new runs. When all was done they left my attic WAY cleaner than it was before and my house fresh and cool. They went above and beyond. I picked the right guys…and definitely recommend you pick them too!

They texted a photo of Mathew before he arrived. Mathew was thorough and quick. His manners and professionalism was appreciated. He uncovered the issue and repaired it. This company deserves your business.

The TEAM at "Klondike Air" (heating & cooling specialists), performed an installation for our home which, began this past Monday, July 27th.
Led by the utmost professionalism of Andrew Beeker (President of Klondike); here is a bullet-point list of the OUTSTANDING service, product and most importantly... high degree of professionalism we received:
- the HVAC crew (made up of Daniel, Cisco, Nick and several others) were TIMELY, friendly & courteous, SAFE! (meaning they all wore masks or some type of protective coverings) as well as displayed a high degree of "social distancing"
- CLEANLY! each crew member wore proper foot coverings when it came to entering the house (plus our upstairs floors had just been done!). *Not only that, but they lined our entire downstairs to upstairs with protective coverings to ensure tidiness. : )
- the HVAC crew was VERY DILIGENT when it came to keeping us in the loop as far as aesthetics were concerned - especially the location and placement of newly installed equipment {***HAVING OPTIONS PRESENTED TO US WAS BEYOND HELPFUL!***}
- Chris Beeker (Project Manager) was the 1st person to arrive on Monday morning to MAKE SURE everything was all teed-up and blueprinted correctly for an efficient install.
- the crew notified us every.single.time they they stepped-out for lunch (and they absolutely did not have to do that); PLUS - they always returned in a very timely fashion!
- the Klondike Air HVAC crew of professionals were some of the most hardworking, knowledgeable, informative, kind, precise...etc. workers I have ever encountered. (and that's saying something!)

I could go on and on as to the impeccable quality we received in each faucet and avenue of the project from the "estimation" to the upcoming "walk-through inspection"... as the quality of service, products to be installed... and most importantly... the PEOPLE over at Klondike Air... are just TOP-NOTCH and will provide you an A+ experience ALL-AROUND.

Klondike is always friendly and professional. They truly care about their customers Ava thrive to make each interaction positive. They installed our AC years ago and have been maintaining it since then. It's the best thing we have done for our home since moving in about 12 years ago. I feel that I can trust Klondike. I pay for the twice-a-year maintenance and have gotten to know the crew over the years. Never had a negative experience with them, always positive, and it's one of those businesses I look forward to working with rather than dread when we're due for a service. Highly recommended!

I called them over the weekend and left a message about my AC project. I got a call back and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He was able to have someone come over and complete my project same day and reduced the cost based on my project needs. Mathew the service tech came a few hours later and completed the job perfectly. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will be calling them from now on for my AC needs.

Klondike Air installed a new HVAC in our home and we are 100% satisfied with their service! Everyone I dealt with - the office staff, the installers, and the Owner himself was great to deal with - they were all knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and responsible. They respected my newly remodeled home which I really appreciated. We appreciate that the technician came out right away after we reported the problem even though it was Friday afternoon.

I didn’t actually end up working with Chris and Andrew, but they were gracious with their time and informed on what I needed to do with an unfinished renovation project. If I need any HVAC services in the future I will be calling them directly. They have so many good reviews for a reason!
