We had a major leak under our kitchen sink and called KCB Plumbing. Keevin’s team got someone out the same day explained exactly what was wrong and gave us a flat rate price before starting any work. The plumber was professional cleaned up after himself and the repair has held up perfectly. You can tell these guys know what they’re doing. We’ve already recommended them to two neighbors. I am a General Contractor of custom homes holding my license since 2000 and have been in the construction industry since 1978. I predominantly build custom homes in Newport and Laguna Beaches. I have employed many plumbing companies over the years to build homes with me.
Over those years while working with plumbers, I continued to search for a plumbing contractor that ran a skilled crew and a competent office as well.
1. They needed to be able to build and work with a exotic and high quality plumbing products and systems.
2. They needed to have an exhaustive experience background.
3. They needed to be self starters and researchers.
4. They needed to be fair and reasonable in their fees and billings.
5. They needed to have an competent office staff capable of handling questions, billing, insurances, research, contracts...

I finally found the plumbing contractor I was looking for in KCB Plumbing Contractors, Inc. and used them exclusively ever since.

KCB Plumbing was on a list of recommended plumbers for the Falsken softener system which we wanted installed at our house. Keevin, the president of KCB, came to assess our situation and provide a quote. Not only were we impressed with Keevin's friendly but professional approach and his evident expertise with the system, but KCB's detailed quote was less than another quote we had obtained for the same equipment and job.

On the day of our softener install, Keevin, his foreman Bill and two other workers arrived on time, and Keevin made sure everyone understood the details of the job before he left. The work completed looked clean, professional and the cost was as quoted, and KCB also arranged to have the work permitted and approved by the City, as we had requested. Needless to say, we passed the inspection with flying colors. KCB will be returning, after receiving the ordered parts for our KWC shower system that other plumbers can’t seem to fix, and I have no doubt they will fix our shower as promised!

These guys are incredible. KCB Plumbing has done some odd jobs at my house - things like cleaning the water heater and fixing a leaky sink. I was blown away by their professionalism and quality of work. They are reliable, efficient and clean. You'd never know they were in your home...except that your problem is solved!

If you're looking for a plumber that is going to respect your home and do the job right, these are the guys. Without a doubt I would call on them again next time I need a plumber.

We have used KCB Plumbing Contractors for the last couple of years for different projects around the house. These include installing a new bathroom sink/piping, toilets, water softener, and most recently we had a major issue with our tankless water heater. Every single time they have come through (especially in emergencies!). Keevin and his crew are extremely professional, charge us very prices, and I know I can trust them for any of our plumbing needs. The company stands behind their work so I don't even bother to look elsewhere!
