From start to finish through the process, Jake and his team were punctual, communicative, and kind (rare these days!) and went above and beyond to do the best work installing our mini splits in our cabin. We had three units installed, and the team completed it efficiently and effectively - showing us how to work the units, spending extra time making sure they ran properly the first use, and offering to answer any questions even after the first weekend of use. Great Service from start to finish. We did our due diligence trying to find the best HVAC contractor, and we succeeded by choosing Cantrell's. Jake is wonderful to work with--so nice, responsive and helpful. He and his team replaced our furnace and did a complete re-ducting of our home. We were worried that we were going to need a new furnace after critters made a nest in it . Our neighbors recommended Cantrell’s Heating and Air. I called and Justin came out and assessed the situation and said he felt there was a good chance he could get it running for us again and he did just that. Justin was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. After getting the needed parts to repair the damage he was able to get the furnace up and running again. We are very happy with his work.
