Work wasn't done poorly necessarily, just sat incomplete they didn't finish all the line items agreed upon for well over a month. They tried invoicing me before the work was complete, felt like pulling teeth to get them to come finish it. Front office was a nightmare over what should be simple requests to the point where they just stopped responding. Poor enough experience to go out of my way to make a review
