Carolina is new to MaidPro, and my husband and I agree that she is a keeper. She has been doing a very good job, she has a calm demeanor and is respectful, very easy to talk to. One thing, though - I noticed she was using a new vacuum cleaner that had to be carried on her back. This can potentially create back problems for your employees. I would stick to the old vacuum. Those are easier on the girls' backs, and I'm sure they prefer those. Also, this new one is bulky and can easily bump doorways, walls and makes it hard for the girls to maneuver. This new one also takes a few minutes to assemble/disassemble and takes time away from their tasks. Otherwise, we are happy and pleased with Carolina's work.

Our first time using MaidPro's services and was very pleased. Yolanda and Linda, from the Cypress Office, were very Professional, Kind and did a Magnificent Job cleaning our Old House.:) We really appreciated their hard work and liked them so much that I made arrangements for Bi-weekly cleanings with the same team. I've already recommended the service to my friend in Ventura in hopes they have an office there. Thank you for hiring such professional and wonderful employees.

Brissa always does an excellent job and does little extras that make everything look so nice.

The day before thanksgiving Bree, Brissa & Alexia came to help clean my home and did a spectacular job in a relatively short amount of time. The kitchen bathroom living room everything in my studio home was sparkling clean and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!! :)

Today Melissa Simmons and Tobi Mosley did a great job cleaning our house. Not only was the cleaning thorough but they helped organized my front room better than what I had done. I was very impressed and appreciative of it. I was also impressed with cleaning of the bathrooms because we have hard water and it stains. They did a great job making it look good again.

I looked into maidpro for one day cleaning to surprise my sister while she was out on vacation. I knew it was a big job to clean but. petesa got it looking spotless and fresh. I appreciate the dedication and reassurance throughout her clean. She wanted to make sure we were satisfied before heading out the door.

Brissa & Spechal did a great job on their first visit to our house. We would welcome them back anytime. Great personalities too.

MaidPro Cypress was able to accommodate my next day request for cleaning. This is my 2nd time using their cleaning services. This was Speshal’s (cleaning rep assigned) first time at my condo. She was professional and polite. She had great attention to detail and was thorough. My bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas were very clean and smelled fresh. I would recommend and request her again. Appreciate you Speshal and MaidPro Cyoress. See ya next month!

Today was my first day with Maid Pro! I had Yolanda & Cori!
They arrived at a timely manner, were very friendly and i felt very comfortable with them both. They paid attention to detail & instructions, ( which i know now, to be very specific in what i want & where, because they listen!) That’s a good thing. They made their team plan and went to work! Cleaned very well and it did not take all day ( i had issues with that with another in past, and i lost one of my only days off!!). They also fell right in with my pup & made friends right away! I’m very happy to continue this service and look forward to seeing the girls again! Thank you for making my life a lot easier!!!!

We have been using MaidPro for over a month now. Their prices were much more responsible than other companies I checked with especially for my tiny house. We have been happy with our service from the beginning. Yolanda has serviced our house for the last two visits and she has been amazing. She is detailed and thorough. She followed up with me on her second visit asking if there is anything she missed or we were not happy with. We had no complaints as she did such a great job but loved that she asked. She is friendly and outgoing.

First time using MaidPro and definitely not the last. They (Alexa and Rachelle) were on time, efficient, friendly and everything you could hope for. The cost for services was in line with the competition and lower than others. Highly recommend!

Petesa V. and Rachelle were amazing! They did a fantastic job. They were prompt, polite and very professional. I will definitely be using MaidPro again and hope these two ladies can return to do my cleaning.

Alexa E. did a great job and didn’t need us to micromanage. She paid attention to details and was efficient with time. Everything turned out greater than expected. Also very professional and friendly.

Daniel is fantastic. He cleaned my mom’s house and she actually called me to rave about how pleasant he was and how well he did. She liked that he was thorough and efficient. He was also very friendly and made her feel safe. She wanted me to do this review because she was so pleased.

I had a tough job for them but they exceeded my expectations. Denise and Jamie really put in the effort to get everything together. I only needed a one time cleaning but I would book MaidPro again.

I have been using Maid Pro since 2022 for biweekly cleaning and it was a great decision! They are an exceptional service that has been reliable , and does good work efficiently . Brisa and Denise are thorough, friendly and respectful of my home . The products they use are nontoxic and they will use some products that I provide for my needs. If you are not satisfied with Maid Pro they will come back free of charge and address the problem.

Chelsea and Speshal were very sweet did an amazing job giving our house a deep clean! Service was quick with great attention to detail.

MaidPro Cypress have exceeded my expectations. They were immaculate in cleaning and even done detailing job on the window sills. I was able to see my hardwood floor again as well! Alexa and Elizabeth were professionals and were really meticulous with their clean even on the unnoticeable places. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
