A Team showed up at 8:30. My Appoint Time was at 9:00. They are always do showing up, their job EXACTRY❗❗

We're suffering from Vibration Sounds after Flashing the Two Toilets so far.
However, A Special Guy opened the Top of the Tank. He touched Several Points for Checking. I WAS REALLY UPSET❗❗
WHY? It works PROPERLY AGAIN❗❗
He did the Same Action ANOTHER ONE.
THEN I UPSET AGAIN❗❗T_T V_V

ROY is Nice Guy. So I always call him very often. Before I wrote that I am glad to meet him in Private. However, I don't want to call him for fixing my house. My Lovely House is OLD. So he or she needs to Treat anything the Same as a Human Beings. This is why I have to Call to the AMAZING PLUMBING Pretty Often.

After all, they left my house before 8:45, after Our Small Talk.

Anyway, Roy replies and acts very Quick. And their Job is Exactly. And also, if he can not do his jobs, he will tell me his Schedules. This is why he and I can make a the Most Fast Appointment for Solving. So far, I have called him more than 5 times because my house has more than a Half of Century Historily. All the time, he and his company shaw up very fast and then fixed the troubles.
Today, they are fixing Kitchen Faucet System. I think that they will finish in a couple of hours. After that I asked him to replace Faucet of the Rest Room. So one Technician came back, then he started to change a New Faucets' Set. It took around One Hour.
They started their Jobs very Quickly and then they Finished theirs Quickly and Properly . These 2 Ponts are very Important for Customers, isn't it? ^^

Roy always replied so quickly, and he did quick action. What a big deterrence between Amazing Plumbing and Water Heater Company.

We troubled a Water Heater since Last Friday on the 9th. I mailed an Email with Pictures that showed its Troubles on 10th. However, they don't reply until the 11th. So I called them the same day, but they didn't answer my call. Because it was on Sunday. I called them this morning again on the 12th. However, the Sales Rep. couldn't arrange the schedule for fixing a Water Heater. Why did I try to contact them? Because it still has Warranty. However, it took too long for arrangements.

After Roy showed up, he fixed it in 15 minutes.

Always Quick Response, then Quick Actions for Repairing. These are the Most Important Facts to the Customers. I appreciate Roy's Team very much. His Teammate I forgot to ask his name, however, he was very Polite.
Of course, their Job is Very Good. So I am really satisfied.

Roy is a very nice and kind guy. I am so glad to see him. Yes, it is True. However, I don't want to see him anymore WHEN I HAVE TROUBLES ABOUT MY HOUSE THEN I HAVE TO REPAIR THEM !！
Because he fixed my house plumbing THREE TIMES IN A YEAR !！

His looks are scary a little, however, his reply  is very quick. Then Roy came to my place with his Coworker for repair it. Both of them are friendly and nice. They did a very nice job. Anyway, when we have troubles with leaking water, we feel very nervous. During that time, Technician does a very quick response that we can relieve from the anxiety. It must be a Very Good Job. 💮💯

He admitted using the same broken head on his machine for 30 years and cleaned this same drain every 4 months to the previous tenants. I went to home Depot, they guarantee their work. They showed me the correct heads for cutting roots and that's when I realized the head he used was broken! It's 1 1/2 inches wide and the wrong head for a 4" pipe with roots, know wonder the drain clogged 2 hours later! Save yourself 150 bucks and the hassle of incompetent wor, rent a self feeding machine and do a better job if you're in a hurry, it's a piece of cake! 5-25-2021
